    The 68-70 Dodge Charger are great looking muscle cars. Your color choices are very nice. You did an excellent job on this kit!

    I'm impressed! I've never seen a model kit with a heater core before! Very nice build, as always.

    Nice job Doug! Looks like the kit builds up nicely. Thanks for tips along the way. I may have to buy one for my shelf.

    That was one HECK of a '70 Dodge Charger Doug! That detail is just incredible all around! I believe as a kid I had a diecast replica of one as a toy. Those wheels look familiar! I need to grab one of these for the stash!

    I enjoyed this video for a number of reasons: A discussion of the parts in this kit both their contents and fit, the length of the video (longer than a simple unboxing, but not a full hour time lapse assembly which are nice sometimes, but sometimes I want something a little shorter), and the subject matter (a recent release of a long awaited and popular muscle car subject).

      Thanks Jason we're here to inform and inspire and you can't do that with an open box review. Those OOB reviews are really only sales tools. There's almost always a link for purchasing the kit. If a review doesn't delve into kit issues - it's kit for collectors - not kit builders! Thanks for sharing and please subscribe if you haven't already to help us reach more modelers! -Doug

    Awesome build! I wonder if the same techniques apply to the 68 Charger kit Revell puts out?

    How did you do the headliner with the seams?

    • @RightOnReplicas
      @RightOnReplicas  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Tom, The seams are molded into the headliner. It's just painted as it has a textured surface also! Thanks for watching and please subscribe if you haven't already, to help us continue our mission to inspire more modelers! -Doug

    Very cool! I got a question. If a kit comes molded in color, can it be painted over?

    • @RightOnReplicas
      @RightOnReplicas  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      BBCB, Yes, but a good coat of primer will ensure consistency! -Doug

      @RightOnReplicas Thank you. I just got back into modeling. I did this as a kid didn't know what I was doing. Now I can get tips from folks like you. It may be a short lived hobby. I won't be able to afford the kits, paints, or tools. I had no idea this stuff was so expensive. Lol! But I'll enjoy it for a while. Great fun

      @RightOnReplicas I'll definable be looking. I took your advice on using rustoleum paints for that reason. Low cost. Thanks for that tip
