Thank you for taking my hat on vacation!! It needed it. I died laughing at the cutoff def leppard shirt even while throwing up a little. The matching drapery material outfits while a little disturbing were good for a laugh. I'm so happy the whole family was able to go and enjoy a nice week together, hopefully the scars of seeing each other dressed like that heal quickly. Keep the corvair tech coming, those things are totally fascinating!
I am so impressed with the way the Morr family vacations. I love your attitude about dressing for vacation, not like every other day. The boys are not afraid to embrace the silliness and Jamie goes right along with all of it. This was seriously entertaining. Thanks for taking us viewers along.
I laughed out loud several times during this video…one of my favorites for sure. I can’t believe the boys go along with your antics. Seems like a very loving and funny family.
Thanks to the Matt’s Family visiting my mother land country Haiti! I’m a good fan of the channel. You and your Family had a good time, I appreciate that. 😂😂
I love how Matt continues to embarrass his kids even when they are grown up!! Hey Laura's coming to the games, that's so cool!!! And great to see Katelynn back, we missed ya! Heh heh "Blow, Tack, Static" on the writing pad; that'll get back lol
yall are such an awesome and sweet, hardworking family. Its really an inspiration and uplifting experience to watch yall just having a great time. Thanks
Love listening to "how to install windshield" then seeing Robby's phrase written as the 'notes being taken'. Thanks Matt and Fam for taking us along on vacation,,, i needed a vacation. Excellent ep!!!
Y'all looked the BG's walking to a performance from back stage. Love that the whole family got to go for a fun time. We kept an eye on the shop...you got some butt kicking to do Matt. By the way, it is great to see your kids all together in your video. their personalities are shining through and that's a good thing...Kudos for doing a family trip. Life is too short not to enjoy it,.
One of my family's favorite MORR episodes. We've watched it several times and laugh at the vacation antics as much as the shop antics. What a funny, unique channel. Thank you for sharing with your youtube family.
Hey Matt - about the arcing thing at the battery... I lost the vision in my right eye that way when I was young. The battery exploded (I think one of the caps wasn't completely down - a dropped wrench caused the spark). After two cornea transplants and many other surgeries, my vision is still crap in my right eye. I'm sure it is unlikely, but I wouldn't under any condition want a spark like that near a car battery. Love your channel by the way - thanks for sharing!
Some days I just want to see you guys build something, work on the wrecker, rescue a stranded vehicle..... But, I don't think I have smiled so hard as the shot of your whole crew on the ship with the matching floral shirts and shorts clip. Something tells me that you guys were not wall flowers on the cruise. Thanks for sharing.
I LMAO regarding the tourist island shirt 'runway' while walking down the ship's hallway with the superimposed disco lighting affect. But the hair braiding tops it all. Well done, y'all nailed it!!!!!!!!
Yes things still rust in desert, especially with the beaming sun! Also goo point on it helping to drain dirt and debris. Would make it easier to get out mud that gets caked up in the pocket
The video had so much going on! Matt your family is definitely voted best dressed on the cruise. Always fun watching the shop crew's top notch fabrication.
I love that all the boys give 0 cares about what others think about them!! They dressed up and made their trip fun and didn’t just wear the boring everyday clothes!
***** The Wrecker Windshield ***** On a Phoenix area freeway, which are notorious for small rocks being flung onto windshields, my stock Jeep Wrangler's front wheel threw a rock forward, and like a movie slow-motion I watched it catch in the 'bow wave' of air and arc up and into the windshield. Star number five.
Awesome! This is your best video yet! We get to see you and your family in a totally different environment while still getting to see work getting done by the crew!
It must be a comfort to know that you have an awesome crew to look after things while you enjoy your vacation. Tom Tom and Jake are top notch! It's great to see Katelynn back. She was missed.
5:25 - As a long time designer of centrifugal compressors, I have always thought they were quite beautiful. That new "fan" is no exception AND polished it looks even more beautiful!
Always an amazing video, never a humdrum moment. It's also pretty special that Matt&Family are willing to show their vacation with us. And referring to Kaulin as Michael Knight was hilarious!!
I was smiling the whole way through this video. Was expecting a regular simple shop video and got that along side a whole family vacation. It's very entertaining tagging along with all of you. Genuine, wholesome content. Keep up the great channel!
As usual Matt doesn’t miss a trick. He was looking very hard for the crack in the windshield and I could see him squinting from the clear as could be glass.
Dorie probably would have lead to Disney naming issues 😉 plus deja blue is much nicer anyway 😂 Wonderful to see that HUGE smile on Jaymie's face... Wonderful seeing Matt and his 4 boys looking soooo touristic 🙂 Kaulin's hair is indeed incredible 😂 70's afro for sure 🙂
Thank you Matt & family. I am having a rough time and needed some happy funny in my life. When you and your family rocked the matching tops and shorts I about soiled myself. Thank you, I needed a belly laugh! Well Done all! - M
Do yourselves a favor, and get you the biggest baddest EGO blower they make. I think it's around 750 CFM now. Then when you get a snow like you showed us around 30:08 you can use the blower to clear that light dusty snow off your vehicles in under 30 seconds. Blows concrete and blacktop fairly clean in just a few seconds too! Try it! Thanks for sharing.
Put a piece of twine around the windshield seal and lubricate the seal with liquid soap. Place the sealed glass in the opening, press the glass firmly in the opening and pull the twine by both ends toward the inside of the vehicle to roll the seal onto the lip of the opening to complete the installation. Wipe off the liquid soap the runs out and you're done.
Matt's holiday vlog content is a perfect example of: " show me that you are an American without telling me you are an American" 😂 I loved it !! And the commitment to the outfits was fantastic.
Really loving the Corvair content Matt. Learning a lot! Really cool to see how excited you are about the old corvair stuff and it seems to be contagious!
Matt, just saw Fab Rats video where they announced they will not be at the off road games because of the new formant of the games where none off roader will drive your rigs, our household is very disappointed that Fab Rats won’t be there
Awesome! Awesome!! Awesome!!! Amazing job and great looking work on the fabrications. The Off-road Games previews has got me pumped and jacked- nice to see one of my suggestions made the roster. go Project Farm!! 😂 This is just about my favorite episode of MORR yet! 🎊 🥳🎉Thank you for sharing your wonderful family vacation adventures. It’s very much appreciated here in 🥶 frosty Toledo Ohio! ⛄️
Oh my Goodness! Kaulin's hair ! He would have been a rock star in the 70's!! What a great vacation! I was wondering where Katelynn disappeared to. Good to see her back!
My Dad was in the Navy in the early 60s and owned a corvair coup and then had a corvair wagon for awhile. I would love to rebuild one and love seeing the Morrvair and all the corvair stuff in videos. Keep it up Matt.
Seeing Matt without a hat was so different. I realized that I don't think I've seen his hair. I'm so glad he and his family got to take that trip. It is so well deserved. Thank you for taking us with you. Great work on the blue thing...
Not to oversee your work on the D ring setup on the trailer but being basically a box they are a catch all for everything from rain & dirt in summer to snow & ice in the winter where those D rings will freeze in place. Could I at least suggest drilling some holes for draining. Other wise they look good!
Hope Matt & family had a good time on their cruise! Nice job on the windows upgrade. I used to work for the supplier that made the exhaust manifolds for the Jeep inline 6. Not surprised if you have on the cracked, they used to lot a lot of crappy parts get used to make them.
Rudy and Kaulin look straight outta the movie Blow. Tom did an great job on those wheel wells. I feel like if Matt was there he wouldn't have had the opportunity to spend enough time on them to make them look as good.
I used to fix a lot of broken cables at least temporarily with bicycle brake cables, or motorcycle brake/clutch cables if you need them stronger. Whatever is long enough, put the cable through, trim, crimp, maybe use a nut and washer if needed. Then stuff works until the proper part comes in. Don't know if that still works these days.
When I was a kid I had Little old Honda 50cc dirtbike. It was kind of rare, actually really rare and collectible now so finding a throttle cable wasn't easy or cheap. My dad and I made one. Bought the right size cable and for the little ball on the end we drilled a hole in a piece of wood the right size for the ball. We melted solder into the hole and put the cable in it while it was still molten. It actually worked really well, pretty sure it's still being used today. My dad has the craziest problem solving skills I've ever seen. His ingenuity is like no other. Lol
Looks you guys had a lot of fun on your vacation. That's good! Tom and the crew were busy too. And yes, just before I went into surgery for my left knee, I asked a nurse for a pen, pulled up my gown and wrote "Not this Knee" on my right one. That got a laugh out of everyone. Very nice video, thanks.
1) Kaitlyn, we've missed your smile; so glad to see you back! 2) I think some drainage holes around the D-rings might help them live longer. 3) So impressed that you were able to source a windshield for the wrecker! Is that some old OEM, or a repop? And you did a great job on the install. 4) Impressive fab work around the rear shock towers. 5) Can I go with you on your next vacation? You guys know how to have a good time!
Yep, saw the way they were mounting those D-rings and my first thought was that they better get drain holes in them quick or they will be full of water all the time and rust quick!
Thank you for taking my hat on vacation!! It needed it.
I died laughing at the cutoff def leppard shirt even while throwing up a little. The matching drapery material outfits while a little disturbing were good for a laugh.

I really did LOL when saw the Def Leppard shirt! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Matt livin life on vaca!
Vacation means one thing: What is Tom gonna buy this week?
_Monster wheels for those monster axles!_
He should get some huge boxes and punk Matt 😂
I've been wondering about those monster independent axles
Tom should attach a Corvair to those axles. Just for sh*ts and giggles.
+1 on the EvenMorrvair monster truck Corvair. Same tires as Monster Jam or nothing lol. 😂
The beautiful thing about getting old like let’s say, our buddy Ed is that even a turkey sandwich will make you smile sometimes… lol
Im not old, turkey sandwiches make me smile too... honestly, any sandwich will do that
Ed is so great....he should be listed on the national historic list of awesome
I'm English and the delivery of 'Here you go Ed, a turkey sandwich!' made me so happy
😂 #69 sweet Shibby 🌬💨😶🌫️🤘
A turkey sandwich always makes me smile, especially from JJ and im nowhere near Ed's age 😂😂😂
Matt touching the windshield & looking through his sunglasses at the very end is just the perfect gimmic ! So hilarious ! Nice blink Mr Editor ;)

Thanks Matt!!
I laughed out loud several times during this video…one of my favorites for sure. I can’t believe the boys go along with your antics. Seems like a very loving and funny family.
Matt, it would be best if you had a second channel for Corvairs. I would love to see a lot more Corvair-building content.
Thanks to the Matt’s Family visiting my mother land country Haiti! I’m a good fan of the channel. You and your Family had a good time, I appreciate that. 😂😂

Seems you can't even recognise Def Leppard.

yall are such an awesome and sweet, hardworking family. Its really an inspiration and uplifting experience to watch yall just having a great time. Thanks
Drain holes in those D-ring pockets would be a good idea. You might be in a desert, but it still rains/snows once in a while!
What kind of a knucklehead drills holes in their D ring pockets! I mean how are they gonna hold water?
Dust and sand holes then. 🙂
🎉😂
Bad idea on the D-rings ! Should have put them on the sides of the trailer .
I just hope those welds can hold thousands of lbs of pressure from the tie down chains, and yes that should have gone in the sides.
Love listening to "how to install windshield" then seeing Robby's phrase written as the 'notes being taken'. Thanks Matt and Fam for taking us along on vacation,,, i needed a vacation. Excellent ep!!!

Old-school window fitting with the string trick is so satisfying. The modern ones with all the glue are nothing like as much fun.
Stoked to see ProjectFarm headed to the Offroad Games!
I don't know if he will have time to participate, he may be to busy comparing the vehicles and the drives to rank which/who is the best deal.
Matt says his rig is the best. We’re going to test that.
Agreed. I hadn't expected that one. Makes it all the more tempting to go again this year (last year was pretty fun).
I came here for this. He probably has the most useful channel on TH-cam.

You should drill some drainage holes in the D ring compartments.
Rain and rust really isn't a problem in the dessert
As a desert rat myself it'll also drain sand and dirt but rain and rust still exist in the desert.
Yes things still rust in desert, especially with the beaming sun! Also goo point on it helping to drain dirt and debris. Would make it easier to get out mud that gets caked up in the pocket

For the D rings, did you put a hole for water to drain so you don't have them sitting in water the few times a year Hurricane does get rain?
I came to say the same thing. I know rust isn't a huge issue in Utah, but drainage holes are a smart idea and wouldn't take much effort.
Not just to drain water but for dirt and sand to escape through
