I can confirm that it takes a lot of time to see a difference. I was doing a similar routine and I've done wrist pain free push ups after 6 months or so. My wrists were so stiff that I was feeling some pain in handstands as well. Add this routine in your training session as a wrist warmup. Trust me. You will notice a big difference but you have to be patient in the process. Don't rush it. Good luck.

awesome. i have wrist pain when i do pushups. i think i broke a wrist with a hairline fracture or something. spp thank you! it looks like going easy on your wrists in different positions. general shoulder stretches and arm stretching probably would help too.

The flexion at different angles is a bit challenging but it takes practice.
Can I do this if I took 5.5 months to cure from De Quervain Syndrom?
