It's always interesting to me that when they give a review unit out, they don't take a quick look at the product to make sure there are no scratches on the screen or another damage. I still love the idea of the Sharpin. You can play vertical MAME games which is awesome...but not sure about the price there.
Omg. The price. It's okay, but it reminds me of a diy project a mate might build who isn't into gaming, where they over engineer some parts, and miss the point in other parts.
Man! If only they put a couple of arcade sticks in front of the screen, this would also be a great shoot 'em up cabinet as well. What a miss opportunity.
I connected it to a PC and put an extra screen. It's the cheaper way to have a pinball. In Europe is hard to have an Atgames legend pinball or Arcade 1up because prices are more expensive and you have to import them, so Sharpin is a great option. If you buy a custom pinball it goes over the 3000€
I thought it was pinball games built into the device. Like all you do is scroll through the layouts they made and you play the one you want. I didn't think you have to get other party apps to play any lol but that's just me.
I bought the diy kit where you use your own 11 inch tablet and i love it i had been buying all the pinball arcade tables for yrs so i have tons also using multi arcade machine emulator for vertical shooters
I loved the idea of this and was really close to buying one... but I ended up building my own virtual cabinet and used a cheap office PC with Ryzen 3 2200G which is good enough for all my Pinball FX2 and FX3 tables which I already owned on steam. But these are really cool predesigned kits.
Great, honest review. I wish there was an option that would fit 24" displays...what are the specs of the included display? Is it a TN, VA or IPS panel? The colors seem to be kinda washed out...
I would like a bigger screen - and therefore more powerful hardware to run it. I’d also want to swap out the speakers for something beefy. I would like to hang it on my wall when not in use … or even when its hanging use a bluetooth controller to play other types of games.
+Mr. Sujano You will make next movie about Project Renegade Windows 11 on smartphone? I mind bigger and better material. Good job. I love your canal....your best fan. Greets 4 U and sorry for my English. I am from Poland.
So it’s still way to expensive for what you get AND you have to put it together. Thank you for saving me $$$.

Yes I didn't think of that. Vertical MAME as well. A shame.
Perhaps the damage occurred during shipping ... in which case, Sharpin might need to tweak how the contents are packed.

ok, it seems that it's Hanns-G HL225, which has a TN screen...this would explain washed out colors...
I want digital pinball machine sooooo bad hah. Thinking about building one someday.
