      Calling armed men to a fight with an irrational or inebriated family member can easily turn out this way. If you are really scared enough for your life to call the police, you just have to know they aren’t going to want to be assaulted either and will respond with deadly force.

      @Endless10pppDude it’s not THAT deep, it’s not like all children are gonna become Calliou spoiled, not every child is the same. I swear the internet make EVERYONE think that children are now just rotting drooling ‘’iPad kids’’, and I’m getting fricking sick of it. I use a tablet but that doesn’t make ME an iPad kid, I just use it to make TH-cam videos, make animations on FlipaClip, AND watch TH-cam. An iPad is similar to what they had back then, we had radio, tv, game boy and other video games, it’s just a different year where kids use something else to play on, not to mention we don’t sit on the fricking thing ALL day, we also go outside and play with our friends. The only things these videos that say that kids are becoming iPad kids are doing is just devastating the hell out of children and other people. I just don’t get it.

      The only one I can complain about is the guys handling the autistic kid. You know he's agitated at something, possibly violent. Why'd you go in without lethal and non-lethal cover? If the officer had his taser ready when he went in instead of his pistol, there's a chance it could've brought the kid down to be able to be restrained.
      Instead, he had to run and make distance so he could pull his taser, which led to his partner having to deploy lethal. Bad tactics, and preventable situation.
      Mind you, there's also the chance they would've deployed the taser and had it make bad or no contact and thus not work. But that still would've shown more diligence than what was depicted here.

    • @krel7160
      @krel7160 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @dougaldouglas8842 I didn't necessarily deny that. In the end, I imagine a court will find this justified, and in a way, it is. But it was also preventable. Both as you say, on the hand of the parents, and on the hand of the officers responding.

    So I was 15 years old. (Sleep over with my best friend at my place) Me and my 15 friend walked out of my house and just wanted to vent some energy - around 11pm. A police officer on a motorcycle saw us. Turned around and approached. He asked our ages. I told him. 'We're 15, sir'. He said 'You live near?' 'Yes, sir...the next street over' Which was true. His reply 'It's past curfew...go home.' 'Yes, sir...' and we started walking back to my house. He watched us walk back and head down my street then took off. My friend laughed at my demeanor when talking to the cop 'Yes, sir...no sir.' I told her: 'What did you want me to do...mouth off?' We made it back to my place and hung out in my room. No arrest....no drama. FYI- I'm black and my friend was white. The officer...Hispanic. I could have acted a fool and got arrested. But I didn't. And I still have a clean record till this day. He should have looked them dead in the eyes and said "maybe because he charged at us with a fucking pick axe... oh he's Autistic? Guess that means we have to let him attack us with a deadly weapon..." Nothing makes my blood boil more than parents who call the police on their own kid, then freak the fuck out on the cops THEY called because they couldn't control their fucking kid themselves. You know damn well how police are in this country, if you call the cops on your violent kid then you should fully expect that there is a significant chance of them being killed. A lot of times its taught by the streets, by the internet, and by friends when there's a prohibitive lack of productive activity and structure in a child's life. There are millions of parents out there who are doing their best to instill the right values in their kids but simply cant stand up to the riptide of society that pulls them under. What's worse is that there are millions more people who dont understand or have compassion for people with these kinds of circumstances, so they just chalk it up to bad parenting and the actual root issues are never examined or addressed.

You're obviously an idiot if you think his actions are weird, he's just doing his job.
