I need a new carrier frame. The crossbar broke off and I’d rather not weld it. Any ideas on part number for that?

I have question about CL4850S/S/P-U. We bought a test unit and have it installed today. Once plugged in, the unit was on right away without pushing any power or on off button, we reset the circuit breaker and got the same issue. I know its not normal and do you have any idea whats wrong with the unit?
