    I am writing this to support your channel and your foray into this fitness soc med. 60 y.o Malaysian here. I like the way you have developed this workout for triceps with the rationale behind the sequence and correct form. Most if not all fitness guide do not emphasise the reason for the sequence of the exercises. The dubbed video is good but would love to hear you in Japanese with subtitles as well. I am an anime fan after all. Takahashi san, you are looking awesome with superb fit body. Thank you for the inspiration and guidance.     The best growth comes from movements that stretch the muscle. French press is great. However, kick backs and reverse push-ups are not. You can get a considerable triceps stret h in the latter but at the expense of endangering the shoulders. I would rather recommend scull crushers and dips.
