Love this. You are 100% correct!
Symptoms are the body’s communication system telling us something is wrong, we are out of equilibrium, lacking something we need or too much of something harmful, etc. The body is designed to heal itself, we just need to give it the tools it needs. Let food be thy medicine. Have a good day.

@conniebilldekramer9294, I'll immediately share a quick story about myself.
I'm 34 years old, hold a master’s degree in international journalism, and work for a large marketing agency as a copywriter. I've also been a runner for 12 years.
Lately, I’ve been incredibly passionate about biohacking, healthy eating, keto, and cancer prevention. (My dad is suffering from stage 4 nasopharyngeal cancer, so I’ve been learning a lot about the body to help him live longer.) I’ve gained valuable insights from experts like Dr. Berg, Dr. Seyfried, Robert Lustig, and others.
I started the ketogenic diet 3 months ago due to a fungal infection in my ear. I absolutely love this lifestyle and am curious to see its long-term benefits. I’ve already noticed significant improvements in my body.
My goal is to keep myself and my loved ones as healthy as possible for longer, as well as to help people realize how important food is to being healthy AND HAPPY. Life is sooo simple.
