Sometimes a bit of carbs help.. go for whole grain bread or rolled oats or brown rice.. small amount, not too much.. depends on your age and activity level as well..
Try to change peanuts to almonds, they're for brain..
Always drink water or milk(if you didnt eat enough protein)..

Yes, I've been taking oatmeal as breakfast since nursery.
I used to take almonds and walnuts two years ago, and I'd say they're the best!
Unfortunately, we couldn't afford them anymore, together with brown rice.

Foods for super IQ
1. Most shellfish boost your Brian power but shrimp are the winners because it packs in a ton of omega 3, iodine, selenium, b12 and choline
2. Al Fish is good for the Brain in general
3. Eggs are good source of choline, selenium, iodine and b12
