everything worked perfectly but when i tried to bend it the bar handle for the stairs donot bend. The top and bottom stays attached but the rest seperate
+Ultra Japox Hi Ultra Japox, When using Ctr+D followed by Shift +D it has to be kind of exact. Try it in a empty scene. If you copy a step ( Ctrl+D) and then move it down and to the left in one go and then hit shift D it works. However, if you If you copy a step ( Ctrl+D) then move it up, down, left and right and finally get it in the right position, it won't work. It's all a matter of steady flow. Hope it works for you, Mike
+Ultra Japox Another way to accomplish this that allows you to "copy a step then move it up, down, left and right" and still copy the transformation to more steps is to use the duplicate special tool. If you look at the transition of X Y and Z from your first to your second steps and go into the options box of the duplicate special tool located under the Edit tab, you can input those values for the translation along the three axis'. Just make the number of copies equal to the number of steps you want. Obviously if you are only translating it on a couple axis, it's much easier to use Mike's original method but this can be a fix if you have to do multiple steps such as rotating or scaling as well as translating.
Maria Castro Hi Maria, Select the first step Hit Ctrl+D to copy Move the copy to the right and up. If you then hit Shift+D it will repeat the copy and move Regards, Mike

You need subdivision in an object to bend it
my doubt is why u not make the bottom of the step or that step holding like like cube as a single mesh ? cause it looks some weird when render ..
Thank you sir, it was pretty cool.

Okay so everything i did was on point BUT idk why the railings on the staircase wont bend! Any suggestions? Thanks.
Do you have enough subdiv to bend ?
I set them to 60
and now if i try to change the subdivisions its just goes haywire and out of shape.
i think you need to add subdivisions before editing the object... like before bending it
