Hey is there a place down in southern Cali where you get your BFS rod from? Or did you get it online?

No store carry those rods for BFS trout here. Amazon Asia or eBay works.
They ship to US fine.

@@Angler216 thank you! 🤙🏼 on that 5 foot rod you have, are you able to cast really far? I’m currently building a BFS setup, I’ve always used 7 foot ultralight rods for Trout on a spinning reel and I can cast really far on those jerkbait minnows.
