I only took a fortnight off with a cold and started back today. I’m shocked at how quickly my balance on one leg deteriorates. New Year Resolution= must keep exercising.

There are so many reasons to love this workout (as all your other routines): - perfect length for a busy person - functional movements -no repeats (I get bored easily so..) - step-by-step instructions on how to move or position every part of my body during warm up and cool down - the step up or down modifications - all standing (especially since I did not get the floor vacuumed today) - I was able to challenge myself by using weights during some of the moves LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

At first I thought 15 rest between moves was too long, but what I discovered I could practice the next move , it really helped with performing with proper technique. Great video.

I am 55 years old & going through menopause & have been advised to not try to do any intense workouts but to do ones more like yours so I really appreciate that I saw one of your videos when I was looking for some other things on You Tube!!
I love ALL your workouts! I'm 60 and generally healthy, so I felt like I "should" be doing "harder" workouts but the ones I tried left me feeling exhausted and sore, so of course I avoided doing them. Your workouts are all are challenging but they leave me feeling energized and healthy. I also like the variations you include to increase or decrease the challenge depending how one is feeling that day, and I appreciate the gentle reminders to keep the core in, relax shoulders, etc. I have your cardio, strength, and the stretching workouts on a rotation and try to do one every day unless I do something outside. Thank you!!

For the past 20yrs I workout in a gym, I had my right shoulder surgery, I was looking for a workout, also I’m a senior. I was looking for something I could do. So happy I found your workout love it, I workout at home in front of my tv. I workout with you 1hr- 3 to 4 times a week🙏❤️

Thank you so much for your workouts. I am 66 and have quite a few health issues. I have had 10 surgeries on my spine and I had cancer which has left my digestive system pretty torn up. I used to be a runner and faithfully went to the gym but the surgeries and cancer left me torn up. I also have an advanced case of osteoarthritis and fibro which exercise is the best way to cope with it. I find your workouts easy to follow and after just 2 weeks I'm beginning to feel much better. Thank you and your husband for putting these together. 😅

I have tried so many workout programs my entire life and your workouts are the only ones (other than just walking) that doesn’t leave me feeling discouraged, nauseated, or in pain. I started about 3-4 months ago and have faithfully done them 5-6 days a week (plus those amazing stretching routines). This workout is a feast for the body and brain! Even the lunges became more stable. In general, my balance has become almost perfect without special balance exercises. Thank you very much, Lauren, for the very well chosen exercises!🎉🎉❤❤😊😊
Yes, I really appreciate this workout too. I’m usually on my stationary bike with some weights, and this workout just moved so many muscles in a low impact way. It really increased my heart rate too. I’ll definitely do this workout a few times a week for a while. 😊

This workout is a feast for the body and brain! Even the lunges became more stable. In general, my balance has become almost perfect without special balance exercises. Thank you very much, Lauren, for the very well chosen exercises!🎉🎉❤❤😊😊

Yes, I really appreciate this workout too. I’m usually on my stationary bike with some weights, and this workout just moved so many muscles in a low impact way. It really increased my heart rate too. I’ll definitely do this workout a few times a week for a while. 😊
