Filipina Kicks Foreign Guy Out of House + Foreign Guy Falls in Love with Bar Girl - CASE STUDIES

  • I'm going to start importing single-wide trailers to sell to #expats in #SoutheastAsia. Why? Well, I had a long conversation with a gentleman in a bar a few days ago which gave me the idea. He told me his story which I'll share with you in this video. The who doesn't matter. It's the elements and dynamics of how he got kicked out of his own house by his #Filipina #wife here in the #Philippines. This story gets told all the time, my friends. The second story came in from a friend who's fallen in love with a Thai bar girl. Get ready for some relationship advice while I soak up the sun and drink cold #beer from the throne.

    1. Never, ever have a joint bank account...or give her a credit card linked to your account. Give her a cash allowance each month.
    2. Never, ever buy a property and put it in her name. Buy a condo in your name or take a 50 year lease on a hose in your name.
    3. Never "fall in love" with a bar girl or ex-bar girl. Go to the provinces and meet a girl there or get an educated woman who has a decent job and her own money

True you want to have a better lifestyle in PHL and a descent place to live and a car. Don’t buy or rent what you wouldn’t want to “donate” to the PHL when things go south. Foreigners are not allowed to own land in the Philippines. You can own a condo, but 60% of the units must be owned by Filipinos. If I ever move to the Philippines I'm going to rent and only bring enough money to live on. The vast majority of my money will stay in the USA. Great video Marcos. Very educational.

The most accurate description of how life and relationships work over there. No sugar coating. One point I have to mention is that if you want to have your piece of paradise in the Philippines, is to remain single and just rent an apartment or house. You can have girlfriends, but never allow them to stay in your apartment or house. None of her possessions should be physically on your property, including the toothbrush. Because she can still grab whatever you own claiming you both are common law husband and wife. If you want an intimate relationship, sleep over in a hotel for the night. Not in your place.

In the event an unexpected situation happen between you and, your wife your right will be protected you get 50% of proceed of the property not unless your wife pass away then the property will be belongs to you 100 %. Its deffirent than buying a condo. You can purchse a condo in your name alone if you choose to no matter if your married to a filipina woman you dont have to include her name to the title. In a condo your not buying the land your only buying the structure of the building. I hope this will help you in the future in your decision making in buying property in the Philippines. Good luck! I went back and read your intro and saw you photo on the Soldier of F. mag. Great shot and you have something there to be proud of. Maybe we will met one day in the future. I am back home in the US now but lived in Cebu City for 3 years where I met my wife. Keep up the good work. Thanks

Children are like farts, you can only really tolerate your own ones.
Dating a single mother is like doing time for a crime u didn’t commit
Dating single mothers is Okay... As long as you want to throw your money away!
When she says "my children come first", that means she will screw you over in any way she chooses if she thinks it will help her children.
Dating a single mom is like buying a used car for a new car’s price.
Dating a woman with kids only benefits the woman not the man or even the kids
Dating single mothers is like pulling a date out of an insane asylum.
Investing my time, money, and energy into another man's seed?...... no thank you!
Every date I’ve gone on with a single mother only revolved around what i could do for her and her kids. There was never anything in it for me. I’ll never date a single mother again.
Dating a single Mom is like starting a soccer match trailing one or two nil.

I agree. I’m in a relationship now. Just like you talked about. I built a house on my wife’s property. I went into this knowing I would walk away if I had to with nothing. It is something I do because it feels good. Yes it would hurt if she had a boyfriend in the shadows. But until that happens I will keep on giving. It gives me something to live for. I am 77 years old and don’t have to much more time to enjoy life. Write now she treats me with respect and love. I hear what you and everyone else says.

May I recommend one of those Tumbleweed house trailers? You can import the trailer frame and build the Tumbleweed on the trailer frame right there in the Philippines. Just make sure that it is legal to tow on the roads there first though.

Aniel Rivera Philippines' law criminalizes adultery and concubinage. ... The law discriminates against wives. The crime of adultery can be committed only by a wife and her paramour. The husband need only prove that his wife had sexual intercourse with a man other than him.

Hi Marco, that is why in Thailand I rented a condo and now a house to live with my girlfriend and her daughter. The car and the scooter are in my name. If I have to go away she may keep the car and scooter but the money from my monthly retirement pension will stop for her. As a side note, we are not legally married and have been living together since 2007. I transfert the money she need in her account. And to protect yourself, never open a joint account .

I haven’t been able to catch her in a lie, she has done everything I’ve asked her to do, including getting a CENOMAR. What are some suspicious behaviors that I need to watch out for when I meet her?

You said it all but brother, I can bet you will hear this story from another foreigner the next bar you go to. I lived in Subic near the market three houses from that Restaurant you love. Hear so many of those stories that I stopped warning foreigners about Filipinas. I watch the sunset at Pirates cove in Barretto almost every day From November to April, same stories there. Hope one guy learns from your video. Great video. Worth watching over and over by every foreigner who just thinks of living with a Filipina.
