We live in a beach town and rent baby items when our family comes to visit. We don't want to have to store the items, so renting them works perfectly for us. The people we rent from make money from items their child has outgrown. Win-win.

I'm watching from the UK and really enjoy your trash picking videos! I love seeing all the huge beautiful beach houses and was wondering if they are solely owned or are some multiply - divided into apartments? They are so big and strikingly different to anything we have over here! xx
Some of these houses are individually owned. Some are condos, where people own one floor. Some are duplexes where 1 person owns one side and another owns the other, or one person might own both and rent out the other half. Some of these houses may have several apartments owned by one person who rents them out by the week in the summer or for the whole summer season, Memorial Day in May until Labor Day in September. Depending on the rules for the beach town. Some towns allow weekly rentals, while many only allow seasonal rentals. These houses and apartments are very expensive to rent now. I was looking to rent one apartment, three blocks from the beach, and the rents were $5,000 or more for one week. Only rich people can afford these prices!! Hotel rooms can run $350 to $650 for one night on the weekend!!
This reminds me of Kevin Smith's (director of Clerks) story about how his family would garbage pick Rumson, New Jersey the day after Christmas because the rich kids would just throw out all their old toys when they got new ones.

@tuckandsammie I'm pretty local and our family had a 2nd house on 78th street back in the day. Home prices on 7 mile island are through the roof. The area I live in my family has been here for 250 years. Old farm family not farming anymore. I also enjoy your exploring , Pine Barrens and historical and the good old weird nj stuff lol. You can get free boxes at USPS also but those amazon ones are the best 🤙
Don't ship with the bags and boxes. You can sell them! keep the tissue and that ribbon! High end! Easy to list!
