Vintage Pokémon Hunter Bros. Yep. When you spread your hands out wide it makes the rope “shorter” and that would then force you to change your jumping form. Only time spreading your hands out wide helps is if you have a rope too long for your height.
I need to fly out to Houston and do a workout with you. That would be awesome. When you hit 10 million subscribers which will probably be next month lol send me a ✈️
Hey my rope has been lobe sided or leaning to one side causing me to trip on my right foot a lot. My arms are definitely in the right position based on all the other videos I’ve watched. I don’t know what to do I’m getting frustrated
🤔 that’s very interesting. I would need to watch you jump for a minute or so to see if there is anything clearly wrong. Follow us on Facebook at keepgettingstronger and you can post a short vid of yourself jumping. 😇
@@piotrbanasiak1913 that’s weird. I can’t even picture what a lopsided rope would look like. Normally that is a word people associate with a ball. Please let me know if you figure something out 👍
Really helpful, one of my hands is higher than the other and needed something to fix that
Thanks alot for this
Thanks friend. Let me know how you doing when you practice some 👍
Thank you so much for the tutorial
You’re very welcome!!
This is awesome! I have noticed whenever I trip up my arms are pretty wide so I have been working on it

@@piotrbanasiak1913 hey. you have to try and keep your arms at the same level, one might be wider than the other.
A common reason for this is one hand is in front of the other
