    I've been using the Legacy Rope for workout finisher for 5-10mins in over a year and its 100% helping me with grip strength & form special with double unders. With strong grip it really helps with easy wrist rotation specially with crosses.

    Definitely agree about the heavier rope helping to get your timing on point… The Nova is perfect for this… lots of feedback, but not so much weight it knackers you out. Another boss tutorial Rushie 👊🏻

    Hello. I have a great suggestion that I think would help a lot of rope jumpers like me. How about creating a new board every week where jumpers send you a short video jumping and you evaluate errors in posture and some maneuvers. For example, I've been jumping for two or three years and I still haven't been able to fix my posture. When I jump, I notice that the arch at the top of the head is crooked, going to the left, instead of having a beautiful, central arc. I've already switched to short and long rope. I've already changed the position of my wrists and hands and nothing. This ends up frustrating me, because aesthetics bother me.
