Would highly recommend if you try anything like this again. Thanks for the interesting content.
That's a good idea. I've used syringes as well. One time in a pinch after screwing in some trim around a doorway (screws was all i had - not deck screws but too large for the job), i sunk them in a good 1/4 inch and thought about what i could use to fill the holes before painting. JB weld was all I had, but it would be too runny to stay in the hole. Once again I look around and all I really had was some flour. Mixed some flour in with the JB weld until it was more like a paste, filled the holes and flattened them with a hotel key card and it worked perfectly. After paint you can't tell how that trim is attached to the wall. JB weld is like duct tape when it comes to redneck engineering, only better! 😂

I think what happened the very first time with the washers+JB weld Slow Cure can be explained by my theory that when they tightened down the head, some of the in weld oozed out into the combustion chamber. When it cures the head gasket becomes all one solid piece, and the blobs that extended out past the sealing surface into the cylinder are connected and part of that one giant solid piece of JB Weld. When the pistons move up and down they hit the portions that protrude into each cylinder causing chunks to break off or form cracks propagating into other areas of the head gasket. So basically anywhere on the entire engine where there are areas where JB Weld oozed out beyond the “sealing ring area” and protruding into the combustion chamber area, is a guaranteed failure point or weak spot. Cleet n Squirrel. Mad Dr James. Genius
Its sooo good to be seeing the science experiments again. Beat way to start the day off for sure 😂😂😂
Another successful experiment from Hibachi Science Labs.
Madness at its finest !
Always a good episode when Dr. Sprayemall shows up!
Nice job! When I mix / use epoxy like that, I usually get a 10 or 20 cc syringe and put the epoxy in there. Works much easier to apply in tight spaces and also consistently.
They are indeed scientists! No one can doubt that!
Love these science projects
You folks are OVER THE TOP!!!
20 years ago, a successful rebuild of a 4.1 GM engine was, JB Weld! Absolutely love the share, y’all are awesome.
It’s a great day when Cleetus uploads a 30 minute video.
I’m gonna start bringing jb weld with me everywhere I go now 😅
I love that James has a Chef coat on!
Watched this one at work today and not a soul knows how to work on or knows how to fix or wrench on a car but this video had all 3 the buddy's at work rolling and a constant smile on their faces. Most definitely made me laugh a few times and go DAMN! and had to explain but this was a fun video. Yall are awesome
Shove ear plugs in the jackets and tape the combustion chambers… one quick SWIPE of JB weld THICK and then pull out plugs and peel tape. Boom! It’ll work
😂always fun!!! Thanks Cleetuus and family🎉
