I Heated up the cast iron on the gas for an hour and turned it off. Then placed my bread dough you showed, and put tin foil over the top it worked out awesome, i think when you said cast iron retains its heat.
praise God it worked, will try and show a pic for you. Thank you for your help xx Praise our Lord

WOW gota say you make the best Camper bread ever Hori. Just wondering can you cook the bread in a dutch oven on top of a gas plate like you have? my oven doesn't go.

Campfire 🔥 is the best way next to that is an oven I don’t think a gas plate would be good as it would cook or burn the bottom and not cook the rest
