I eat that with mash spuds, yummy yums! As for milk, i used to buy the cheaper standard brand, but tried a Anchor Full Cream milk 2 litre and man! the taste is way better! Not so watered down i reckon. I get my snarlers from my local butchers, pork or lamb or beef, good price and no fat! Yummy yums! Love yer video's mate, hope yr over the flu. Cheers!

Do you guys up there have a home kill supplier that sells from the farm, maybe cheeper for you then the butcher, we get ours from the local farmer and process our own sausages. Just a thought. Just a question which part of the Hangi is traditional prior to the Europeans arriving in New Zealand. My guess is the hole in the ground as all the meat from Pork, Chicken, Lamb, Beef and Venison were all introduced by the Europeans.
