    I had a random burst of “I want to do an arm workout,” clicked on the first video I found, and now here I am, shaking to death, and I’ve found a new favorite workout channel! This was seriously so FUN, your energy is AMAZING and so infectious, Kaleigh! I can’t wait to try this again and see how I’ve improved, and to check out your other videos

    My arms are legit shaking lol. So glad I found your channel! I need to focus on some low impact strength training for awhile and your wrkouts are perfect for this, I see.
    I love the way you talk about how to hold your body while doing the sets and that you are also struggling a bit and joking around. Thank youuu.

    Was on vacation last week - didn’t do any formal workouts but walked about 50 miles the whole week! Came back, and have been sick… for what feels like the millionth time this year. Finally feeling good today! First workout back and it felt great! Love the new studio 😍😍

    I had every dumbbell I own out for this one! I hit failure and had to drop weight so many times! Heart rate was up the whole workout! Wow, this was a tough one! I absolutely loved it!! Thank you!!

    Loved this! I like the full body routines, but have missed full arm and leg day ones! When it’s hard to lift your arms after to wash your hair you know it’s a good one 💪🏼

    Super unprofessional In that when I was streaming or casting this workout, her products were in my face and wouldn't stay closed. Not sure why but never had an issue with anyone else. Not ok to have it right on the screen.

    5/16/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this May Day Calendar Madness, as @decorahls said a few hrs ago, "this is exactly what I wanted". Now we will have arms for days, LOL! Thank you for the dance moves (I think you and I are soul sisters on this one!), the motivation talks, and just being an awesome guide and coach online and from home! The best workouts I've done at home is with inspiring people like you, and there aren't many! It takes a special breed to make home workouts extraordinary, and you are it! #ToTheItGirl💪
