Love the biceps 💪 because you can see them flex! Been away for a week … had to do some strenuous home renovations and painting. Didn’t need a workout too but I wanted to say my stamina and strength was the bomb as I worked with my hubby! You are making me stronger ou there! ❤
Great session - really burnt out each muscle group! I think biceps, triceps and shoulders are my favourites followed by chest and back! The main thing is making sure we work all of them. Thanks!!

I just recently upped my weights from 10 lbs to 15 lbs, this workout today was brutal! Loved it! When i first started with you I could barely do 1 pushup, I could do them the whole time today! Yay! I like biceps and chest best!

back chest, shoulder, tricep, bicep. Nice tip for wrist weights. Shoulders are delicate for me, going from 10-15 is a big jump and I can't see me at 20...but maybe with wrist weights it will be easier when I'm ready to do small increment.

If you have info on this, point me in the right direction on where to find it 😅 if not could you do a short or instagram post about it or anything? IF you use any at all. Just trying to learn how to maximize my overall health and recovery. Btw, I just used one of your old lives to see if i was able to do such a long cykling workout, i have been doing your 20-30min cycling for 3 months and stayed in my comfortzone. I compeleted the whole live , my legs are DEAD and will be so soar for days , but I did it. Now i know i can, and look forward to join a live strength and cycling on the weekends. Wohoo!

Is it ok to do strength workouts everyday or should we mix it up with something else,like alternate days of cardio etc. Thanks .
I am looking for any help or guidance with strength threading my upper body when I have some sort of past damage to my shoulder that is impairing movement. So silly but I was I an accident,literally 30 years ago, involving a seat belt across my shoulder that must’ve not healed correctly although no doctor has ever told me so. I can train with a 10, 12, sometimes even 15 lb with my left arm but have a lot of difficulty with even an 8 lb in my right. I also struggle keeping my arm in the correct position when doing shoulder presses and especially wide bicep curls. I don’t know what the best course of action is and how to properly train both arms. Really hoping for a response from Kaleigh’s crew but welcome anyone with knowledgeable feedback! Thanks! PS this channel is a Godsend! I have stayed consistent for 3 months now and look forward to working out everyday!
Wow this format was not for me. Doing four consecutive exercises and 60 seconds of work drained my energy! Had to lift so much lighter. Those of you that enjoyed this, you are amazing! ❤
