I appreciate this workout so much! 5 years ago I had surgery on my collarbone and due to financial reasons, (Dr also said it was fine) I never did any physical therapy. I’ve been scared to do any upper body exercises since then.. I decided to give this workout a try with a set of 5 pound dumbbells and I was able to do everything just fine.
Hey I'm actually doing a workout you posted this year 🙂 So glad I saw this one. Folks don't underestimate this one b/c it's "only 10min" long. These ten minutes target the biceps, triceps & shoulders super effectively. I know I will feel this tomorrow. This is a very impressive, quick, muscle-targeted workout good for any time but especially for people short on time but still wanting a quality workout in a short window. Eleni ROCKS it again. Great workout! I'm not very fit, and first few times I did it all with 2X1kg weights. Now I actually manage to do some of the exercises for heavier weights with 2X3! Love the feeling of getting stronger! Thank you so much
I did 3 ten minute weight videos of yours followed by your 40 minute high intensity fat burn all standing video. Excellent workout. But Eleni I have to say you are starting to get quite serious about your weight resistance routines, the newest ten minute one is a killer, I use 5lb & 8lb dumbbells, you inspired me to use my eights for moves I usually did with the five pound dumbbells. A great start to my day and fun to boot. 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻🥰. Thank you!!!!
I did this video again today twice 🙂 as my weight resistance segment coupled with two of your cardio workouts. I have to say it again this dumbbell weight video is so good and really challenging. Thank you my dear for your constant efforts to help keep us fit ❤

I recently had surgery on my ankle and healing is not going great… I’ve been struggling to stay active while respect my healing ankle and I am sooo thankful for your low impact playlist that gives so many options for me to continue to build up my strength!

Hello Hello, can you do a normal session with those kind of exercice only for arms, it would be so so nice, you could be a 15 min without weight and another 25 min with weight, it would be a great session, Thanks in advance ;-)
