Nailed it. I'm a little bit of a dad bod as well. Although I could get the softer version for my EDC, instead I use the pain of it digging into me, as a daily reminder to crunch out at least 20 minutes to an hour of sit ups and push ups and some squats to add it in. I don't even break a sweat most of the time, but the actions are toning me in a bit more every day. And every day I can feel the holster I have is getting easier to wear. Thanks for sharing.

With the blessing of the Lord, I’m on some meds,calorie deficit, and constant physical readiness fitness to get me there. I've always been a big guy with love handles, but since I've lost weight and my love handles, concealed carrying is so much more enjoyable. Plus, I'm stronger and have more endurance to protect those around me than I did when I was obese. Its our duty as men to be prepared.

I like this! Glad you found something that works for you and probably many other people! As a bigger guy myself I’ve just always ordered/bought my pants a size bigger in the waist/inseam than I need . I wear the waistline of my pants over my belly button and carry appendix. So my roll doesn’t cover the gun handle. I usually wear an undershirt under the holster as well to be more comfortable from kydex pushing against me

Nailed it. I'm a little bit of a dad bod as well. Although I could get the softer version for my EDC, instead I use the pain of it digging into me, as a daily reminder to crunch out at least 20 minutes to an hour of sit ups and push ups and some squats to add it in. I don't even break a sweat most of the time, but the actions are toning me in a bit more every day. And every day I can feel the holster I have is getting easier to wear. Thanks for sharing.

With the blessing of the Lord, I’m on some meds,calorie deficit, and constant physical readiness fitness to get me there. I've always been a big guy with love handles, but since I've lost weight and my love handles, concealed carrying is so much more enjoyable. Plus, I'm stronger and have more endurance to protect those around me than I did when I was obese. Its our duty as men to be prepared.

As a bigger guy myself I’ve just always ordered/bought my pants a size bigger in the waist/inseam than I need . I wear the waistline of my pants over my belly button and carry appendix. So my roll doesn’t cover the gun handle. I usually wear an undershirt under the holster as well to be more comfortable from kydex pushing against me
