I went from using a regular dress belt this past over 2 years(only started carrying 2+yrs ago) to using a kore essential a little more than a week ago and I can't tell you how much I love this thing. I had no idea how comfortable and convenient carrying could be until I got one of these belts. No more having to strangle my waist with the dress belt, and no more having to keep it loose when I'm driving only to have to make it super obvious that I'm retightening a belt when I get out of my car in a store parking lot with the dress belt, with the core it's super fast and discreet to do that and I absolutely love these small increments of fastening. Blows the notch system of the dress belt out of the water. I just absolutely love this thing haha. I got the X7 Buckle by the way :-)
I have a 1/2 dozen of these, some are used for CCW, the others are set up as War Belts, using a Wilder Tactical minimalist belt pad. The thing that really makes them great is you can expand them for sitting, big mels, or tightening for Gear.
Absolute quality! I bought a leather and a nylon one about two years ago, worn every day and they still look great and operate flawlessly. Just received 2 more…one for my dad and another for me! It has changed EDC for me, and honestly, I can’t stand to wear anything else even when I can’t carry. The ratchet system is hands-down superior to any other clasp style belt. I wish I would have known about the discount code 2 weeks ago 😢
I was on the first kickstarter that Kore did and have about 7 belts. When they first started they said that if you mess up cutting the belt that they would send you a new one. Now they say that you cut it so too bad. The problem with their belts is that 1) the stiffener makes your hips and back feel the weight, 2) the stiffener stops at the plastic ratchet insert in the belt, and 3) the leather belts crack on the inside of the belt where the plastic ratchet insert ends so it flops around. For 2) what that means is if you AIWB then you have to shift the belt so you clip onto the stiffener portion or the belt flexes like a normal belt. For 3 or 4 o’clock it works fine, but for AIWB you end up with the buckle riding on your hip bone if you are skinny or digging into your side - and the buckle is thick! I gave up on Kore for AIWB and switched to Agonic’s EDB. My back doesn’t feel it anymore. I use my Kore belts for when I don’t or can’t carry - especially for buffets. 😂
Heg I have been rocking these kore belts for over 7 years and own 9 of them in tac web and leather and carbon and multicam and even the battle belt. I swear these guys make the best most adjustable belts ever. I met them at the NRA show this past year and super nice guys and they are dedicated to the brand. Plan to buy more this next year too.
I've worn my first ever Kore belt every day for at least 2.5 years now and it's still holding up good as new. Beats any other belt I've used prior by multitudes, I wouldn't (and won't) use anything else!
Which one did you get? I’m interested in the kore belt for my first EDC setup but a lot of people are saying it’s too stiff. Did you go with the leather or tactical one?
@@michaels1527 It is certainly stiff, as a good gun belt should be. That said, I've never found it to be "too stiff". I suppose a disclaimer is that everyone is different / built differently, and so my opinion is nothing more than how it's been for me. I've worn my Kore belt every single day, and I mean every day down to Christmas Day, cutting the grass...you name it...for over 3 years (at this point almost 4 years) and can't say enough good things. I use the tactical, not the leather. I wear "dress pants" maybe once a decade at most, so the more casual tactical just looks more "right" with my blue jeans & my general attire. I just looked up my order confirmation email from 2021, here's what's listed: TAN TACTICAL REINFORCED GUN BELT - Fits 24" to 54" [no buckle] - Tan Tactical Gun Belt × 1 X3 BUCKLE | BLACK TACTICAL GUN BELT × 1 --> I've never actually worn this one, I've stuck with the Tan above exclusively...I guess this could be a backup if ever needed?? GUN BUCKLES [buckle only] - X8 [nickel] × 1 Hope this is some help to you.
I have 4 total Kore belts, 2 black tactical, 1 black leather, and their coyote battle belt. They’re awesome belts and I’m super happy with them. My only issue is that the buckles (except the x7) are a little larger and I have to run the belt buckle at the 7-8o clock position for appendix carry
The one thing I forgot to get at the Miami Gun Show. Just bought my first gun, so I’ll be getting one of these. Seeing how that one held up after six years is undeniable.
Just purchased the 1.5 edc tactical black belt. Really impressed with the 1/4 “ adjustments. I have a brown leather carry belt, it’s about a 1/4” thick with the regular belt buckle with 3/4 hole spacing. It’s been retired after purchasing the Kore belt. Thanks
Love Kore Essential belts, been using them for a few years...best everyday and carry belt, I use the tactical belt EDC. and have a casual and dress belt also. Working now for Firearms Company and have to go thru a metal detector daily, I asked Kore Essential if they would make a buckle that is non-metal. They don't have one as of today but would talk it over... If anyone has go to buildings with metal detectors, please let Kore Essential know you want a non metal belt buckle. The more folks ask the more motivation they will have to make them. Thanks, great show
Kore multicam black is super super sick! I never had a belt this good, Def going to get leather and coyote tactical version. I just bouight one for my dad and brother for christmas.
I just went & ordered the IWB tactical belt foe appendix. Thank you for the discount saved like $7 bucks. Hopefully it's comfortable enough for daily use & carry. If not I'll send it back for the leather 1. Looking forward to trying it out. 25yrs carrying a gun & NEVER used a specific belt lol
I had to pause the video to retrieve my Black Friday kore deal from the mail. I’ve had the T1C version for a couple of years. I think it’s great. That X7 buckle is almost half the size of the T1C buckle which is confusing at face value. I’m definitely going to add another X7 buckle. Belt hanger, extra keepers, a protective sleeve and the belt and buckle combo cost $60 shipped from Black Friday
I prefer the Grip6 Belt. Variable adjustment, belt tucks through the buckle leaving no hanging chads and its stiff and sturdy (different stiffnesses). Been wearing it for 3 years now and literally no signs of wear. I have tested their 100% no questions asked guarantee also. They stand by their products. Even though I originally ordered a belt that ended up being to light of webbing, they courteously and happily replaced the belt portion with a new one giving me a much stiffer belt. Might consider using as a battle belt.
I had a Nxt belt for a long time and thought it was great.. one day I bought a Kore and realized I was wrong about next belts! They’re fine, but mine started to fray at the edges and there’s a spot on the belt that looks like the inner lining broke or something. I wore the next belt for like 7 months before it started to fall apart.. my Kore belt has lasted well past a year without any sign of damage or anything
I like my Kore. I've heard guys talk shit on them. They are comfy, they have a few nice buckles that aren't bulky. I'm actually shopping for another one, debating on checking out nexbelt.
Kore Leather belts doesn't hold up and Kore doesn't warranty them past 1 year. I had 3 leather Kore belts that cracked. All 3 belts cracked just over one year. Very convenient for Kore. They wouldn't replace them. I don't recommend Kore.
Just bought one of these after quickly realizing with my first purchase that a regular belt would not survive a draw if I ever had to. Night and day difference.
Such a pain. Been looking everywhere for a 1.25" belt with a low profile buckle. They are mostly all 1.5" and have a larger buckle that will dig into me when I sit down. It's so annoying.
Just bought a Kore "Tactical" 1.5" with the x7 buckle, I wanted to use this belt for concealed carry, maybe I got the wrong belt for this purpose? but this belt is wayyyyy to stiff and doesn't conform to my waist leaving to much of a gap.
I can not clamp the leather belt buckle down all the way.i think the leather is too tough to press the clamp into the leather. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Looking for a leather version that is larger than 54-inched. Their longer belt is available only in nylon (not leather). I have asked them repeatedly to make the longer belt. Nothing yet. Help?
So I originally had 2 Nexbelts that I were gifted to me in 2021. Man what a joke that belt is! They pale in comparison to the Kore belts honestly Nexbetls kinked up and frayed in just monthsI realized my next belt needed to be a kore belt big difference in quality, in support and definitely quality. Strangely most of the nexbelts are MORE expensive than kore,Dont believe me check out the websites for yourself.
the improved buckle design with the screws, and I like the buffalo grain better than the top grain. all their new buckles are updated versions and are on their site

Love my KORE belt. looking to get another.
After you talked about that belt in the past I bought one and have not regretted it one bit quality at fair price
I have had one for about five years now and it’s holding up very well. I need to get another one.

Sweet. I literally just bought an X6 tactical in coyote brown. Switching up from a We The People Holsters belt. Looking forward to it

I chose Kore for my first CC belt. I wanted something that I could wear to work. 8 months later and no complaints.
Kore is the best. Garrison still has trouble holding up my X-Macro Rig, paired with 3 back-up magazines. Lol
I've had 2 tactical belts for a year now and they are great belts. I will not buy any other belt. They simply do what they are intended to do.

I don’t even own a gun yet and already bought two belts simply because of your review! 😂😂😂
Just looked at Kore sight. Kore makes 2.25 😮 Duty Belts now. 😍
I'm a Star Wars fan and have a pair of these belts. I went with the "This Is The Way" buckle. 😄

Agree with Heg the kore belts are very well made and totally adjustable belts. I want to get a brown leather next.
I stopped using a Kore for EDC since switching to an Enigma. But it's for sure my go-to Battle Belt.
Kore Leather belts doesn't hold up and Kore doesn't warranty them past 1 year. I had 3 leather Kore belts that cracked. All 3 belts cracked just over one year. Very convenient for Kore. They wouldn't replace them. I don't recommend Kore.
Yup! The “leather” is just painted junk that flakes right off. My “tactical” buck broke on the second wear. No warranty. All shills here
You convinced me with this video and I will be using your discount code. Great vid thanks !

Gun, holster, kore belt thats how it goes.
I won't use anything but KORE ❤
I run these belts as well. they are legit.

I've been running kore essentials every day for the past two years. Nowhere close to having to replace it yet
We carry these belts at our ffl in Charleston and all the guys who work here wear them. Its prob the best edc belt for ccw you can get.
Yep. They are the best 👍
Nice video,I’m ordering mine rn!!
Great review. Very helpful.
Yup...best carry belt, hands down👌👍
There x7 buckle is great for AIWB, nice and small and cool.
For me, best EDC belts...every day...all day.

Hello, I appreciate your videos, I used your discount code today for a new belt, thank you for that sir.
Have you tried the usa made tactical belt yet?
Yes Ive used the one from KORE essentials
I am fan of the Kore belts since like 2018
Do they have a option to use your own buckle.
no, their buckels are designed to work with their belts

My local range sells these belts.
They are the dopest
About 3 years ago I bought the kore gun belt, but just noticed the belt is separating and is no longer usable
but i would like to know what is the country of origin please get back with me
Buyer beware. These belts are made in China. They do hold up, but they're made cheapy as possible. The non-leather feels very cheap but rigid.
My experience has been good w/Kore Essentials belt over last ~2 yrs. Near daily use.
Never point a firearm at anything you don't want to destroy....Unless it's your junk or femoral artery....
Or your back or ass or your hip or, or, or..... the this goes on and on. Just leave it at home or better yet. Don't buy one. Give me a break. 😂
Anyway you have it its point at an artery.
So… either you don‘t trust your holster or your capability to not shot yourself, seems you got stuff to figure out
