PS Jordan was clearly obstructting the complaints process and clueless about procedure . An Email is a legal form of contact and staff who work in the public sector must supply thier name and works ID to any member of the public on request .
They put every obstacle in your way that they possibly can in an effort to shake you off and ultimately we all know that absolutely nothing will happen to the officer as a result of any complaint. They all know it too and that is why they are so arrogant because they believe themselves to be bulletproof. Their absolute disregard for the public is jaw dropping and it is high time their corrupt system was overhauled.

The other point you need to do, and you can do this now, is insist that this is a Schedule 3 complaint. ie. Words of Advice are not going to cut it. I would also copy the IOPC in on all, including this video. If they are copied in it makes it difficult.
At last a result and you’ve finally got to make the complaint. I still doubt very much that they will put much effort into investigating it though. But we’ll done for persevering with it 👍

They're ALL Public servants working in a very important role i.e. Police Station with access to lots of personal data. They're ALL required to identify themselves CORRECTLY when asked to do so by a member of the public! The latest Met Police report on Charing Cross Police Station is incredibly damming. A total of 14 officers have been investigated for appalling behaviour and castigated for racism and mysogyny which was prevalent. One has been dismissed, but the rest contiue to serve, one quite unbelievably has even been promoted to Sgt. Looking at the several audits from this station it comes as no surprise that this is so common place. Well done for you dogged persistence in seeing this through.
This rotten attitude comes from the top, the absolute disdain for the public. With this guy it's like you were speaking different language's. I hope karma visits them all.
And they'll want a big increase in their next budget. UK taxpayers money down the drain. At 21.10 I so wanted to see the reaction when the sergeant asked the counter goon for his identification number.

The sergeant has a very large complaints brush around the back just out of sight of the camera. It's even bigger than the IOPCs complaints brush.
