That place means everything to us! The Coliseum made CHAMPIONS and it INSPIRED generations of kids and folks from Oakland and the East Bay. It is an absolute travesty that MLB allowed this to happen. John Fisher & Rob Manfred are RUINING the game for everyone in the Bay Area that isn't a Giants fan and I feel for the employees at the Coliseum as well as the kids who are going to miss out more than anything.

Not a baseball fan anymore what it means to me. Fisher is uniquely the biggest ass to ever grace the bay with his virtual presence

Not me. I remember when they were the Philadelphia A's. KC stole them. Then Oakland stole them. I was 57 then. I'm now 127.

I haven't even been to the Coliseum since 1991, but through the internet have obsessively following the A's from WA state. Dad took me to my first game in 1970 and I was hooked instantly. That stadium is almost hallowed ground, both the A's and the Raiders played legendary games on that field. I'll miss baseball at the MLB level, this is making me check out of spending one more dime supporting them.

If it' so easy for them to up and leave, they don't deserve our support.
