The mixture of seated and standing worked so well for me and will help me get stronger with standing. It's a hard combination to find and I would love if you were able to do more. Thank you!

So happy to be able to do this. I've been feeling so good I started to walk a couple of miles around my neighborhood in the evenings. The only problem is that my neighborhood is quite hilly and I've ended up with bad extensor tendinitis in my feet. Total bummer. I've been sticking to the pool. I'd been feeling awful about not noticing my body's pain sooner and not being able to stand and workout. I'm reminded today that I'm learning and meeting my body where it is is not a weakness ❤
Any workout can be a challenge...you can lift heavier, stand where seated is shown, or even do a shorter workout 2x through to get extra sets for the muscle groups. I hope this helps!

Can recommend a workout that was a challenge or can you recommend that would be good for lifting a little heavy
