    I'm 57 and I loved this comforting flow. I'm not as graceful or cute as I used to be - and body parts get in the way, but it still is a great way to wake up and get the blood flowing. Thank you for this type of video. Much appreciated!

    This is so far the best morning stretch I've found on TH-cam.
    It's soft yet powerful, slow but efficient, I feel awakened and relaxed.

    I've been following Cole and YogaTX for 18 months now. It helped me get in better shape for a total knee replacement and through the recovery. I thank you so much for the variety of videos and your constant reminders for individualizing, e.g. "If this isn't happening today, so be it". There were many days when it wasn't happening but I got through it. Thank you so much.

    I enjoyed this. I'm not limber enough to do half of this magnificently, but yoga isn't about copying the teacher at all costs, it's about doing what our body can do. So I went with it, did the un-limber versions of the poses and loved it. I think it was the perfect amount of time, a little challenging, and definitely left me energised but relaxed.

    This is the best morning yoga/stretching routine I've found onTH-cam so far! I can't do all the stretches all the way, but I love how you say that it's okay if you can't do a stretch all the way, but to that "that's the direction we're going in." Thank you!     Your videos are great, and I appreciate your straightforward instructions--thank you! I watch yoga videos multiple times, and some instructors include too many digressions or personal interjections that become tiresome and distracting, especially after 2 or 3 viewings. I was so happy to find your videos, which I can watch repeatedly without all that extraneous stuff. Your focused instructions in turn help me focus and improve my practice and the way I feel after the video. Please never change your approach!

    Hey Cole, I just wanted to share with you that I'm enjoying your classes and teaching style. It's a little advanced for beginner, but it really gives me hope that I will keep practicing till I can keep up with you! I enjoy a mindful practice where I am in the pose and breathe into it, you do communicate that, I just move at my pace, which is a little slower.     I suffer from fibromyalgia but work and study for long hours, after reaching a point of excruciating pain and needing strong painkillers I decided to not take the painkillers and do yoga every morning instead. I found your videos and have done yoga every morning now for a week )and will continue to do it every morning ), and it’s definitely helping. I can’t wait to see the difference a month from now.     Thank you so much for this. Over the last two days I've done two of your classes and I feel amazing! often when something is labeled "gentle yoga" there are so many sun salutations that it ends up being not so gentle on the shoulders and neck (my problem areas). Your classes are energizing yet gentle. I got a great stretch and was able to go on with my day feeling so good. Thank you thank you!

    I've already commented but had to again. I feel so much better doing this routine in the morning, but not only do i love it but my 2yo now demands first thing to do some Yoga. This routine is his absolute favourite and he will even do this on his own too. Love it. Its super great Mum & Son time every morning too. Thank you :)

    I have lower back pain since a few days, from weightlifting and being stiff and unflexible. I don't want to be an old woman later with pain everywhere so I'm starting today to do yoga everyday before college. This was the first day. Thanks for the video. Also I liked the last part as well, thinking about my day.

    i agree with Evelyn, this is truly the most beautiful and beneficial yoga routine I've come across. TH-cam yoga is littered with booty shorts and egotistical people and it is very refreshing to find a kind, humble, genuine instructor. I will be enjoying other videos soon. thank you
