she reminds me of my layr girl we went into petsmart just to tak;look they have rescue littens, and we had lost 2 17+ old cats 3 weeks apart 1 cancer 1 kidney . but it was couple months and we saw a good size male black cat and then under him a small female white one with yellow eyes so we said we will take them suprising the atendant they were brother and sister he got quite large 18lb she became a lar cat 12 lbs the boy was a 1 in life type she was very demanding but good went deft but dident bother her , he passed right after a herracane of unknow cause she lived few more when her kidnies failed but was able to let the 2 kittens i got that she was queen and upto week befor she did sick everything she did well but you never really know when you get picked bu one or more
I've been feeding an old stray 2 times per day for 8 months now. It either waits to be fed. Or i call out, and it comes to be fed. But i can't get within 6 feet, or it moves off. I want to give it a home, but it will not enter a cat trap. Any suggestions? I need to move at the end of January, so time is running out.
You need to get it to approach you, imo. Instead of putting the food aside, carry it with you so it comes over. Don't really try and touch it, let it get comfortable with you at its own pace, pet it when you can.
