Love it ❤. I love penthouses all those skyscrapers but this town house really has a cozy touch. Very warm and feels like a place where a person actually lives. I see quite stains on the camera lens, would be much better without em
super beautiful and elaborate design, a lot of thought and effort went into coming up with a brilliant idea of painting walls and ceiling white, and buying furniture from Ikea. It is amazing - I love sophisticated artwork hanging on the walls (probably worth billions) a grey square or random squiggly lines. I am sure an internationally renowned team of architects and celebrated interior designers worked for over 10 years to come up with this unique masterpiece which eclipses Louvre and Versailles in its pristine and mind boggling beauty. Tons of very expensive materials (such as white and grey paint and floor boards from nearest Home Depot) were utilized. Great Lighting (probably picked up from the nearest dumpster). Congratulations and good luck with finding a sucker who will buying, which I am sure you will find - there is a sucker with a billion or two born every minute, they say
This is just a good home to have in NYC if you want to spend Christmas, new years etc for in the city or in and out of town for any business reasons. Plenty of space. Etc.
The owners must be totally desperate to get rid of this home since they’ve seemingly invited every single “property” TH-cam channel to walk through and rave about it. So far this week, I’ve seen 4 different guys wandering around describing its fairly bland layout. Don’t get me wrong. I’d live there in a hot minute…but who in their right mind is going to spend $85 million on a mid block Upper Westside home with no parking? You’d maybe get someone paying that sum for an apartment overlooking Central Park or on Riverside Drive, but not at that location. I loved living on the Upper Westside for many years. To me, it’s the best part of Manhattan….but you’ll only get folk shelling out that type of money for townhouses on the East Side….and it’ll be the old money type of people who want that ‘prestige factor’ of living on the other side of the park. ‘
the house and all aside, I mean 7 years of demolishing, renovation and pool digging, imagine being the neighbors for 7 years. the torture, the hatred and disdain.
This is the second tour of this house where they talk about how great the basement floors are but they don’t show them. I don’t care if it’s just a giant empty hole, I want to see it.
Apparently the couple who had this house build tortured the neighbors for 7 years with all the noise. It was so bad that a lot of people around had to move out of their homes (there are several articles on this). Whoever buys this will have to deal with some serious resentment....
@@AnthonyRichPark well guess thats one way to undermine a potential buyer by assuming that they are egoistic rich aholes who are incapable of compassion and empathy.
Nice townhouse. Feels "generic rich" with all the beige and nondescript surfaces and furnishings... but rich people like generic. Taking the stairs or the elevator to every floor is a chore too. The top floor should have a second full kitchen and there's no wood burning fireplace nor parking space either... oh, where's the helipad?
Stunning if you’re a billionaire it’s right up your alley
as a non-billionaire, I agree!
This is by far the best townhouse I've seen on TH-cam for NYC besides Ryan's townhome. 85 Mil 🤦🏾♂️😩 crazy! Looking forward to more tours!! 👍🏾
100% agree and appreciate the support!
There truly isn't any amount of money that cannot be blown... 🤷🏿♂️ 😪 🤦🏿♂️
The best tours that ever seen in YT by far 😊

Beautiful home tour as always brother, and people still read books 📚 that will never go away 😂😂😂😂
I need to get back into reading!
Welcome back!
Thanks! 😊
Awesome TH. And this type of videos are great!!! 💯 Please upload videos regularly
Appreciate it man! Will try
This is stunning!!! I can't believe this exists in NY
Thank you! Finally a full vid after 1 year.
Hahaha you’re a real one for sticking around!
I’ve noticed the prices are coming down in the market in New York 🔹I can’t wait to see this place
They were but with expected interest rates cuts, might be picking back up
Increased crime rate …. Property directly at the street…. No
This house was bought for $13,500,000 in 2012, they have gone mad with the pricing
It was also demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. It was 2 townhomes
Great to see you back on TH-cam! A truly spectacular home! Thank you, Anthony and Tim.
Thank you so much for waiting 🥹
😊
Back in a New York groove. 🗽🏙️
Beautiful Property. The work that is going on with the lower two floors, what is planned for them?
It's customizable for the new owner!

"A small studio in Murray Hill" 🤣 Love it

Nice home 👊👊
excited to see it!
Oh yes by war the best Townhouse ever
hands down
The third sink is intended to provide a kosher kitchen for orthodox Jewish buyers.
By far the best nyc townhouse.. Btw price is crazy!! And also no parking space 😅
Now I just have to wait til the lottery hits a billion again, and 1. scrounge up money to play a ticket, and 2. Win it :)
All in the same boat
Lots of extra chit chat, but nice on size.
Nice
I guess a lot was left out of the video. I was expecting something with a bit more grandeur for 85 million dollars.
I guess that's a New York price.
Gotta say Tim Park winning 1v1

Top !
This would be the perfect townhouse, if it had central park views. Fifth avenue or Central Park West would have been the perfect spot

Pretty sure if they can drop 85M they won't care anyways lol

Wait I'm confused 20 000+ sqft with this small kitchen , no chef kitchen?!?!??!?! They waste a lot of space why so many lounge??!
not sure waste is the right word, but to each their own
It's not wasting money. But u can choose any room and turn it into the chef's kitchen
what happened to Erik conniver, you are dominating LOL~
@@chrisvanderveer-w9r he’s still alive and well!
whats on 3rd floor? u skipped it
the guest bed rooms
It looks nice, but I'd spend, max, 25-30 on it.
Is there anyway we can see this place at night???
What are the dimensions of the dining room?

Beautiful property, but no way in hell is that 85 million 🚫 some one is def delusional!
2 unfinished lower floors but on the market sounds sus
40 mill, tops

Where will the cars and supercars be kept in a house like that?
Nearby parking which gets picked up by your driver
Beautiful home but you need a better camera stabilizer man, the camera is so choppy it makes me nauseous
I was wondering if this would bother someone. I was going for the raw feel but get where you're coming from. Will think about it!
bro said what we were all honestly thinking about the door frame
I gotchu
Let’s be honest , in this economy it will not sell for that amount…..
The buyers for this will likely be a billionaire regardless of the economy 😅
Its new York it probably will
You're too smart for the words you use
What do you mean? haha
$85M and filmed on a potato..
@@cnel4545 want that potato

Amateurish showing of a house at this price point. You come off as wanting to be elsewhere.
