This video is in fact a listing advertisement and Park is a realtor, so I guess we are supposed to take his commentary as a fantasy of 'how it would be if I lived here' and yes, he was there on a photo shoot.

We have a home for sale for $4M about a mile away from my humble abode and it looks like a resort with private, pool with a Bridge and waterfall, multi level commercial garage , outside Kitchenette, 6 beds and each have its own master suite, a private 5 acre lake and 18 acres of private land.
