This house is located in Times Square and I really enjoy the lively atmosphere around it. The only downside is that the view from one side of the balcony is blocked by a billboard.
It's a good place for sending your kid off to the city to find their bearings in life.. Instead of a car on their 18th birthday, you gift them this apartment and tell em to start flapping those wings..
@rockzzzz4098you have to pay for electricity, the water bill and gas.. then insurance and other stuff and don’t forget Uncle Sam wants his cut of the pie as well 😂
Those are maintenance/insurance/tax/upkeep costs. Lifts need regular maintenance as well as electricity to operate. Lights, yearly window cleaning, reserve funds for longer term maintenances like replacing the lifts every 20 years, facade repairs and cleaning etc etc etc. Have a pool? Maintenances. Internal garden for residents to enjoy? Regular landscaping. Insurance for the building. Only people whose never owned their own property (anywhere, not just NYC) says things like this.
more than affordable. excellent light. well distribution. nice views. and more than 2 ambiances. the only thing don't seem to me : the kitchen cabinets.
Wow, got to love clean, modern spacious apartments in the city. however, Time Square would almost be the last place to live in manhattan. tourists gone berserk. my happy place is within the triangle of 72nd street Broadway, Museum of History, and Zabars.
VERY nice place and, for some, worth the money. However, I had to smile when Ashton described it as being in the "center of the world." I know Ashton didn't really mean it this way and was only speaking figuratively, but that phrase sort of illustrates many New Yorkers' detachment from the reality experienced by the rest of the country and the world. At the end of the day, it is just another place inhabited by a tiny percentage of the population of the country.
I am very glad that I’d be able to give my fish a bath in this apartment’s kitchen sink. You could give your mermaid a bath in the bathroom sink. This apartment is sink-strong.
With the building you can as it allows 90% financing, it’ll just come down to what bank you use to get the loan. Overall, great investment property though!
Love wondering who on earth would pay such a ridiculous price for a tiny crowded little box in the middle of a big polluted noisy city. I'm thankful every day that I don't have to live in NYC. If it was 3 times the size with a yard and 2 car garage it would look like my son's house that he paid a quarter of that for.

Shoes off again. That simple courtesy shows you’re not only a professional, but also a gentleman. Great tour, Ashton!

Don't forget $2800 a month for life after dropping $1M! NYC is too expensive for 99% of people.
You might as well just rent a place somewhere quieter!
@rockzzzz4098 Its for services such as security, maintenance, personal gym etc. Not all places charge these additional monthly fees.

Taxes will run about $1700 a month, and common fees about the same. With a standard down payment, your monthly (with insurance) would be about $9K.
Thank you for sharing this gorgeous condo.😊
who the hell would want to live in Times Square

This is beautiful 🧡
Would be a cool place to live!
this is actually a very good deal, I'm tempted (but I assume for foreign investors I can't put just 10% down?)

@@Ashton_Palmer damn man that's an insane building indeed
Nice, but dangerous, dangerous place to live at the moment..having various renters in and out for 30 days is not good either..
If people stop voting Democrats, it won’t be a dangerous place to live
Seinfeld vibes in one episode they watched the marathon from apartment 😀
It’s a casy naistat and erik conover vlog combined
Why is the kitchen sink in the bathroom?
amazing

Beautiful little apartment!... but that area has way too much CRIME for me!....
Great Ashton👍
Why do I need a sink that large for in the bathroom? To wash a baby or dog? I'd rather have more counter space.
I haven't used a Microwave in 30 years.
Bro can you ask you If you have residents who own it, you pay the tax on it monthly, thank you
what are the HOAs
I don't even walk through Times Sq unless I have too much less live in that horrible and unhealthy environment
Looks like a nice hotel room. And only 777 square rt. For $ 900,000.00. No thanks.
Simple people thinking in simple terms 😂
new yorkers will know living in times square is a con not a pro
At $1,250 per square foot, you'd better enjoy living in that place.
I value it at $250,000. Anymore and your buying into a scam
❤❤❤
No New Yorker wants to live in Times Square
Too much for so little 😢,
Kim Heil Florida.
Thank You.
What a rip off
Worst dollar store Ryan Serhant ever.
Why do i hafta pay that much? illegal immigrants live in that area free...
I wish I could live there, too bad I live in the projects. I wonder can you see my building from there ? 😢😂🥲
I wish I could live there too but I live in Texas and waiting to win the lotto so I can immediately move there because I❤NY!
