    Number one is patience and not getting mad, folks take a break when you start getting mad or hurt 😞

      It’s definitely an all day job!!! I started it at 8:30am and finished about 4:30pm with about an hour and a half to go get a missing tool and some lunch. I hope I laid out all the necessary tools easily as it was such a pain to find the right socket when it’s hard to reach and see.

    I just changed these belts on my t1600 and now the mower moves when it's in gear without input from the peddle. I think the tension needs adjusted but idk know how to do that and the manual is no help because it just says take it to the shop. Im also positive i bought the correct belts

      Honestly sounds like it may not be all the way down in the rear, or it’s around one of the bolts so it has too much tension on the belt at all times. The belt should be a little loose. There’s a newer belt that is about an inch longer that replaces the original belt. Can you link me to the belt you purchased or give the model of it?

    Would you happen to have the belt part numbers?

    So there is no way to remove the seat and all the top red sheet metal to make it easier to access?

    • @BreakFixRepair
      @BreakFixRepair  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not that I could find on mine as the red panel was mounted to the frame as one unit . I’m sure you could but it would probably take much more time. It’s a tight fit at times but I’ll take it over working on a small car any day lol

    I can't get the belt around the front engine pulley I released the drive pedal but there's so much tension

    • @BreakFixRepair

      Have you loosened the center tensioner pulley already?

      Which tensioner pulley is it a gold bolt or silver bolt?

    • @BreakFixRepair
      @BreakFixRepair  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@brandonpell4542look around 9:23 in the video. It’s the pulley on the bottom. That’s the one I loosened (actually removed it but it can be a pain to get back in)
