I have a similar craftsman mower with the pulley system attached to the plate. I hate having to change the belts it's such a pain in the ass. This video was definitely helpful though, thanks for putting it out there.
How many shoulder spacers do you have 2 im having trouble finding whhere they set on the pullie if you went a little slower n closer this would be perfect video for me right now lol
Im in the middle of doing this to my t240. Looks like that one pully will have to be removed under the plate? Im having trouble threading the belt through.

When you take the connecting backet off to work the brakes i cant see very well what you do there
Sadly I'm the type of person who does things as it comes about so I don't know exactly what I done there either 😂
