    I've been doing resonant throat singing in the shower or when outside meditating for maybe a year or so. I try to do it every day. It helps with targeted energetic release in tandem with energy manipulation. This felt great! Seems much more refined than my method of using pitch oscillations, and requires a lot less focus as I don't have to feel for where in my body the sound is vibrating. I noticed a relaxed, joyful feeling in my chest and lower abdomen upon completion, as well as a buzzing sensation in my cheeks; and, of course, an overall feeling of lightness and release. Awesome video!

    Hi Liz , I loved the length of this practice which was just long enough and concentrated on each area. As a beginner I looked at lots of videos to get the hang of it as it was difficult to work out what to do exactly. I have been able to get enough information now so that I can understand your video. I imagine breathing in the colours to each organ (except triple warmer). I hold my hands a few inches away from my body where each organ is located. I wasn't sure of the sounds as it is a little difficult to decipher without it being written on the screen, or watching the instructor, but I found these in other videos. I also did a movement with the triple warmer like bringing down the heavens from my head to base of my torso. With all this information I can now incorporate it into your video and get the most out of it. As I say, I loved the length of this video. Melanie

    • @HermeticHaven369
      @HermeticHaven369  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Warren-yes it is hard to present this practice without it being long, and for a beginner it is hard to maintain concentration. This is why I left the colours out of it in order to keep it shorter. But great you have done further research to make the most of this video. 😊 I will put the words on the screen for any future sound meditations.

      Glad you enjoyed the video. Not sure about the Xin/xian/xing sound-not heard it before. But Holden qigong, and Mantak chia teach the heart sound as ‘Hah’… it has the most resonance with the chest cavity.

    Hi Liz, this routine is great, thank you so much for this! It helps me with a lot of disbalance due to stress, anxiety and worrying. One question; the healing sounds of spleen, liver and kidney are different from what I previously learned; is there a reason for that? I notice they are slightly different wherever I read about them so it’s hard to find what’s correct (or maybe they all are?). Thank you again!

    • @HermeticHaven369
      @HermeticHaven369  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Thank you. I love this! But I get muscle spasms in my right hip after doing this exercise. It got really bad when I did it with qi gong movements. I was bed ridden with pain for more than a week. Do you think it could be because of some energetic block?

    • @HermeticHaven369
      @HermeticHaven369  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Definitely energetic blocks-sometimes when we get the energy moving it can highlight more strongly where our main energy blocks are-so it increases the pain until you work more on that area. I highly recommend Pangu Shengong as a qigong practice. It’s the most simple form I have come across, but very effective.

      Best practiced at night before bed to unwind from the day. In terms of how often-depends on how stressed you feel regularly. If you tend to get highly charged with overwhelming emotions, practice every night. Otherwise, just practice every now and then when you feel overwhelmed with negative emotions.

    Should you go for as long as you can ? If it seems like a long time does that mean you need it? Or can it hurt the organ? I have a kidney cyst and am trying to heal with food and found this may be a healing tool…..can this heal it? I believe in sound , frequency and vibration so I feel I must try. And advice?

    • @HermeticHaven369
      @HermeticHaven369  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You won’t hurt the organ. Sound healing and bioenergetics help the body and mind come back into balance so the body heals itself. It’s a great add to your health practices. This is a modified version of the 6 healing sounds. For a longer session-look up Mantak Chia 6 healing sounds. There are colour visualisations that are part of the longer version. Wishing you all the best with your health goals! Feel free to reach out to me if you would like a free zoom consult and body field scan. 😊 more info here: th-cam.com/video/reowBMYOWqo/w-d-xo.html
