    So seed oils are bad becuase high omega 6 to omega 3 ratio, and olive oil is good, but we know canola oil has a much smaller ratio of 6 to 3 than olive oil, so something doesnt add up here

    • @doveholo2802
      @doveholo2802 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      This is true! But he doesn’t talk about omega-9s in this video. Olive oil is around 85% Omega 9 and around 14% Omega 6 with very little omega 3. However, omega 9 is also healthy and is naturally produced by the body so thats why olive oil is good!

    “Why is it still in use” it’s so easy to say “it’s cheap”, or it’s easy. But we have proof/evidence that it causes whatever % of heart diseases and inflammation (I’m willing to bet it’s higher than we think), so are we agreeing that death isn’t worth the extra money? It’s the system bro, they just want unhealthy drained workers. We deserve better people! GOD BLESS

    Can you link any studies that supports your opinion or showing that seed oils cause inflimation?

    • @johnmartinsen963
      @johnmartinsen963 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If he did provide a link, you would just claim it's junk science or propaganda...Just like the studies you would use to support the myth that seed oils are safe. Look into the processing required to make seed/veg oils. By default the process leaves them rancid from heat, full of inflammatory omega 6 and laden with solvents...

    • @eloise3280

      It has to be cold pressed and stored (even in the shop) in the fridge. Heat makes the molecules in the oil unstable. Also only use if you have low oestrogen as a female as it contains phyto-oestrogens which affects hormone levels. I don't know what it does to male hormones, but a Google search on the topic should clear it up.

    • @alwaysright5901

      Yes vegetable oils and seed oils are so bad for your heart and gut. Cook, fry or roast with ghee, coconut oil, avocado oil, tallow, bacon grease and duck fat (yes, bacon grease and duck fat!). Saturated fats are healthy unlike what the med industry would like you to believe. Olive oil is healthy when NOT cooked with. Drizzle in salads or on already roasted veggies.

      Vegetable oil is not good. The only ones I would use would be Avocado, olive oil, and maybe coconut oil. And even then, as far as the olive and Avocado oils go, there are many bad companies that are giving you rotten oils. And they say heated up coconut oil isn't healthy

    • @eloise3280
      @eloise3280 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      Yes the seed oil is not healthy because of the process it takes to take the oil out of the seed. An avocado and an olive have their own seeds. We eat the fleshy bit, which is the flesh of the fruit. Inside the flesh we find the avo pip and the olive pip. The pips are the seeds. Kind of the same as a peach. The fleshy part is the fpart of the ruit, that we eat and the pip is the seed. Avocado oil and olive oil is a fruit oil. Just like coconut oil is also a fruit oil, because it comes from the flesh of the coconut fruit. (Do a Google search on this for pictures and more information)

      Seed oils were used for machinery during the great depression. They contain excess acids that can weaken the cardiovascular system and cause heart issues, besides the inflamation and bloating.
      This oil also becomes rancid the fastest, and is Made with multiple heatings. Oils become poisonous after multiple heatings and can cause cancer.
      Seed oils as an END PROSUCT are dangerous. The studies only include unprocessed ingredients as a typical "lying by omission" study that avoids the processes and other ingredients
