      There's no question. 0:10 The second is the correct one! The "ç" and "í" are not decorations, they have specific sounds. 😂

    Frozen fruit medley blueberries strawberry raspberry half cup raw oatmeal tbsp whey protein powder tbsp of quality peanut butter Teddie is my choice and almond cashew dark chocolate milk. Blend it into that thick texture like whipped ice cream. Delicious

    I just stumbled on to your video, I am in my seventies and have been taking one small teaspoon of Acai powder on my morning cereal, for the last 3 weeks, one thing I've noticed and I don't think this is a coincidence, as I have been suffering from this for months! that the swelling around my ankles has noticeably reduced, I had a thick band of swelling, where it was difficult to manoeuvre my feet but since eating Acai powder my ankles are allmost free of the swelling and look and feel allmost normal, again....coincidence? I think not. The only negative thing about consuming Acai is it turns the colour of the skin a reddish colour and it is a little tough on the kidneys as I do feel some discomfort but does go away when I stop consuming it, for a little while.

    Dan, serious question: what kind of hat are you wearing? I do a lot of black t-shirt, black shorts and white chucks outfits, but I don't have any good light coloured hats 😅

    Come on guys, açai is a great super fruit. But ANYTHING combined with high frutose will do yuo bad. That is WHY you should make your own acai bowl at home OR trust a good place to make your bowl. By the way, you shos blueberries in your video instead of acai berries

    Interesting video, but just a heads-up: the title feels a bit misleading. While it’s true that açaí bowls with added HFCS (high-fructose corn syrup) are not great for health, I noticed in the video you added honey as a topping. While honey is often considered a 'better' sweetener than HFCS, it’s still sugar and should be consumed in moderation, especially if you're trying to avoid blood sugar spikes or weight gain. The main takeaway here is that added sweeteners-whether HFCS, honey, or others-are what we should be mindful of. If you’re after the healthiest açaí bowl, try opting for one with little to no added sugar, or sweeten it with fresh fruit! Just something to keep in mind when making healthier choices.

    I think if you make it yourself it’s healthy. Add some protein to it and fruits. Mix the base with greens and blueberries. You can make it healthy

    • @Rapha2587
      @Rapha2587 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It's not gross, it's a fruit, and a lot of people eat it just like it is. The mixing thing, is the commercialization... In the north of Brazil, where açaí is from, people simply smash the berry and drink it.
