Would love to get a side on shot of the box squatting. I've done one meet multi ply and cant really picture in my head the "sit back". Hopefully seeing you guys do it might help give an understanding.

+Marshall Folks Jake tore his triceps. Luke had shoulder surgery. And they do not any rest, they did deadlift with one arm too and full accessory work. They are both on Westside Record board.

+Robert Fabsik We still use both, sometime 5 reps sometime 2 reps.
Max Max im guessing yes, since its still 25 lifts total so that would give you the same percentage with prilepins chart
He probably has them do 5s to speed up the training session
Why are they doing so many reps? I thought the formula for their top athletes was 12X2?
Eric Hui Athletics they now use different rep ranges from 12x2 to 5x5
It’s a dynamic day so it’s for speed not max effort which would be any where from 1 to 3 reps with sets of 6-12

+Mike James 1. foam size is about 5''. 2. We do this when we need. more GPP, muscle size, and work harder. 3. Yes, it can be used on Max day too.
