Love watching these vids..Awesome stuff...I`m just getting started in this type of training after doing nothing but OLY close stance for years...I`ve noticed a big difference,especially being able to squat more often...

@markusrinse - in this instance they used 2 blue bands per side, 1 green band per side and a purple band on each side, choked around the base of the monolift + extenders.

@cjmack23ok once a training cycle usually 1- 2 weeks max. Circa max uses ~44% band tension.

How often is a strength speed phase run? How does it differ from circa max?

I know this crew went through a phase of maxing out squats every Friday, but this looks like a 2-week strength-speed phase they sometimes do.
its also great to see powerliftings ugliest lifter... Billy... back in action! LOL
