People were saying it was oversaturated when I started 2 years ago too, trust me there is room for everyone! Etsy is going to do over 2 Billion in sales this year and will have over 96 MILLION customers! And that number is just growing every day. They are even about to take over Ebay in revenue for the year! This is such a crazy cool opportunity. It would be like getting on Amazon 10 years ago. Yes you won't make millions selling generic "Be Kind" or "merry Christmas" shirts. You need to find more unique niches and make cool unique designs for the search results your in so you don't just look like everyone else but trust me, you will make money at this if you just take the time to learn it and be patient. Literally I would recommend just not waiting! Follow these steps and at least open your store today, open Printify today and connect them. It's free and then if you decide to start listing, then just do your first 40 free ones! You have nothing to lose and literally everything to gain. The next year of your life will pass either way. Might as well have something really cool you are building to show for it that could totally change your life! I would never have imagined 2.5 years ago that me and my husband would get to be home together full time with our teenager and dogs. We get to go on vacations whenever we want, hang out with our friends whenever we want, and have been able to build multiple streams of income as well because of the time we have back. But it only happened because I watched 1 TH-cam video about POD and started literally the next day and then never gave up!
Can’t wait! I already have questions as I’m setting up my Etsy shop now. In the shipping section, asking for origin zip code, do we enter our zip code or the provider. Second question is how do we know the dimensions for the item weight, and item size when packed. And 3rd question is, do I go to printify first, set up, and design my product there before listing it in my shop. I’m so sorry I have to many questions that’s why I can’t wait for the video to come out. Thanks so much Cassiy, you are an inspiration and I can’t be grateful enough to you for helping us newbies. I haven't even finished the video yet but had to stop and say thank you. I have tried this before and never got off the ground because I fell victim to the first 2 myths you covered. I thought I needed 10 products to "launch" before which I would need to pick a niche. Because (I now realize) I was actually acting from fear, I let these things stop me as I endlessly debated with myself what my niche should be. Although I am back and more determined not to let fear get in the way, I still thought I had to do those first two steps, even planning that take me at least a week to get 10 products listed. Thank you for removing that barrier.

I know a girl who started this summer that started selling Pro Choice type shirts right as the topic was all over the news this summer and she ended up selling over 10,000 shirts in just a few months! It took me months to find a tutorial on Etsy setup for true beginners. X marks the spot she has excellent content on this subject, she's a life saver. I even purchased video on the online platform Udemy and they don't explain it better than Cassiy, could have saved that $15.00.

I just found you! In signed up with the Low Hanging System in March, so I already had my Etsy store set up. I was exploring Printful and Printify and made an item on Printful. I found your video comparing the two and loved it. I’m more going through your video on connecting my Etsy store to Printify. On the Settings/Preferences page there are 2 items that were not on your video and I wondered how I should set them. They are “Tracking Notification settings” and “Automatically send delayed orders to production”. I look forward to hearing from you. I love your videos. I’m anxious to see what else you have! Thanks!

One of my biggest questions was, when do you delete the first fake listing? right after you are set up with billing and payment as well as shipping? My other question was is there a difference between Printify and Printful? any pros or cons as to why you chose printify?..thank you so much!

Great video for getting started. However, when I followed along in Etsy and in Printify, it looks like their menus have changed, so I had to pause a few times to get my bearings. I know this video is a year old, but you might want to edit a new intro to let folks know that Printify and Etsy have changed their settings and menus, so not everything is going to match up to what you are showing.
Great video, I am going to watch the rest. I am brand new and seen someone else that made me decide to do this but you lay it out much better, he skips around and I have been getting lost. You actually show these step by step. I am however thinking I need to open multiple shops and see how I link them though as one of my shops are going to be lewd and I don't want them altogether...lol

I really find your videos informative! Something though which I am REALLY confused about is that Printify say to use their address for the shipping profile, but other TH-camrs say you need to create shipping profiles for EVERY print provider you use???!?! Totally confused!!
Great tutorial; the best out there. That said, I think users should delete the dummy listing immediately after creating the account. Our store jut got suspended; not sure if it was because of the dummy listing. All is not lost though, we are appealing.😅

Hi Cassiy, that's the myth I've always heard--that your store can only be one niche! Thanks for clarifying that a general store is OK! Is it easy to create categories of the different niches in your store? Do you have a video that covers that?
Yes you can create as many categories for your store as make sense, but remember most people will be finding your items just in the search results so don't overthink these things!
Thank you so much for these wonderful videos. They are so helpful! I have a question, however, about POD. After watching this video, I created a few Christmas items, but I notice other shops are able to really drop their prices when having sales due to them making their own product. As competition, I wouldn't be able to drop near that low or I'd really be in the hole on some of my products. So, I'm wondering how people are making anything on POD with that type of competition out there.
Very helpful; the trouble I'm having in the Policy and shipping and understanding what to put for POD (i get an love the idea of letting them keep the item if there's a problem; easy. Makes sense) But where do you have a video with step by step on what to fill in for the legal stuff?

I just found you! In signed up with the Low Hanging System in March, so I already had my Etsy store set up. I was exploring Printful and Printify and made an item on Printful. I found your video comparing the two and loved it. I’m more going through your video on connecting my Etsy store to Printify. On the Settings/Preferences page there are 2 items that were not on your video and I wondered how I should set them. They are “Tracking Notification settings” and “Automatically send delayed orders to production”. I look forward to hearing from you. I love your videos. I’m anxious to see what else you have! Thanks!

Hi Cassiy...I am in awe over all your videos and have taken the plunge to starting a shop. One of my biggest questions was, when do you delete the first fake listing? right after you are set up with billing and payment as well as shipping? My other question was is there a difference between Printify and Printful? any pros or cons as to why you chose printify?..thank you so much!

Great video for getting started. However, when I followed along in Etsy and in Printify, it looks like their menus have changed, so I had to pause a few times to get my bearings. I know this video is a year old, but you might want to edit a new intro to let folks know that Printify and Etsy have changed their settings and menus, so not everything is going to match up to what you are showing.

Great video, I am going to watch the rest. I am brand new and seen someone else that made me decide to do this but you lay it out much better, he skips around and I have been getting lost. You actually show these step by step. I am however thinking I need to open multiple shops and see how I link them though as one of my shops are going to be lewd and I don't want them altogether...lol

I really find your videos informative! Something though which I am REALLY confused about is that Printify say to use their address for the shipping profile, but other TH-camrs say you need to create shipping profiles for EVERY print provider you use???!?! Totally confused!!

Great tutorial; the best out there. That said, I think users should delete the dummy listing immediately after creating the account. Our store jut got suspended; not sure if it was because of the dummy listing. All is not lost though, we are appealing.😅

Hi Cassiy, that's the myth I've always heard--that your store can only be one niche! Thanks for clarifying that a general store is OK! Is it easy to create categories of the different niches in your store? Do you have a video that covers that?
Yes you can create as many categories for your store as make sense, but remember most people will be finding your items just in the search results so don't overthink these things!
Thank you so much for these wonderful videos. They are so helpful! I have a question, however, about POD. After watching this video, I created a few Christmas items, but I notice other shops are able to really drop their prices when having sales due to them making their own product. As competition, I wouldn't be able to drop near that low or I'd really be in the hole on some of my products. So, I'm wondering how people are making anything on POD with that type of competition out there.
