Cassiy, I just started in this industry. After losing my husband one income will not cut it now a days. You really touched my heart when you said you are proud of us for taking this leap. OMG lol i am like an eager student at school! When you do your digital downloads - do you provide a commercial license or how do you deal with people able to sell your digital printables? What do you use for your mockup store to stop people from selling same? Maybe a video about stores creating a digital license for their buyers to use and what language you use on your mockups?

I listened to you saying you can sell many niches and make it a general store. So not understanding HOW to theme my logo for Etsy to begin. My first products will be t shirts in a certain genre, so if I make logo with that, when I am ready to add other topics, it is not going to match. Hi Cassiy, Thank you so much for this video, I learnt a lot from it. I do have a question though- in my Etsy shop the shipping is showing as a certain dollar amount. How do I setup free shipping, since the shipping cost is included in my product?
I'd say 2-3 photos cards and 2-4 mockups would be a good fit! I'd recommend finding some successful shops to see what they have for their photo cards and try and model something similar!

I never get samples, they do a great job! Feel free to get one sample of each product type so you can better understand what you’re selling but I wouldn’t worry as much about the designs.
Hi Cassiy! May I ask what you do for an example if you do have a cutomer with any issues with their item? I am not sure how I would take care of that since its through printify. I would appreciate any guidance at this time, Thank you again for everything!
Hi Amanda! I hope my videos have been super helpful! For example, I've had customers reach out saying there was a weird mark on their shirt or the printing was off center. I say something along the lines of "I'm so sorry about that! We can get you a replacement sent out asap free of charge!" And then I let Printify know the issue, and they send out the new shirt. Printify does it for free as long as it's their printer's fault. If I submit the wrong design or something that's my fault, then I pay for the replacement. And if it was a time sensitive order where the customer needed it for a certain event, but a replacement wouldn't show up in time, I offer them a refund instead and Printify would refund me. I hope that all makes sense!!

And I am using the print company you recommended SwiftPOD. It does say it takes 1-9 business days for the shipping. So I am a bit stuck as what to put for the shipping time. As I was only using MonsterDigital which I was doing free shipping and it was 3-7 days. I wish I could afford your course you offer. But right now I am not able to :(. I hope you can answers my questions, it does help me and I really do appreciate it! I’m so excited on this journey of mine, but scared as well. Since I am doing this completely on my own! I’m alittle lost on the question part . I’m just starting and I’m not an expert when it comes to fabric and what the print does in a washer to the sock. I’m using using socks with letters as my first sell through Printify any suggestions?

I listened to you saying you can sell many niches and make it a general store. So not understanding HOW to theme my logo for Etsy to begin.
My first products will be t shirts in a certain genre, so if I make logo with that, when I am ready to add other topics, it is not going to match. Or do I create logos every time I open a new niche related product? Thank you in advance. Blessings from Australia!
Hi Cassiy, Thank you so much for this video, I learnt a lot from it. I do have a question though- in my Etsy shop the shipping is showing as a certain dollar amount. How do I setup free shipping, since the shipping cost is included in my product?
How many photo cards would you recommend on say a shirt listing and what kind when your getting started?
I'd say 2-3 photos cards and 2-4 mockups would be a good fit! I'd recommend finding some successful shops to see what they have for their photo cards and try and model something similar!

How do you decide weather or not to get samples of your shirt design before you list it in your shop?
I never get samples, they do a great job! Feel free to get one sample of each product type so you can better understand what you’re selling but I wouldn’t worry as much about the designs.
I like the mockups in Place it so how do I get them to printify?

Hi Amanda! I hope my videos have been super helpful! For example, I've had customers reach out saying there was a weird mark on their shirt or the printing was off center. I say something along the lines of "I'm so sorry about that! We can get you a replacement sent out asap free of charge!" And then I let Printify know the issue, and they send out the new shirt. Printify does it for free as long as it's their printer's fault. If I submit the wrong design or something that's my fault, then I pay for the replacement. And if it was a time sensitive order where the customer needed it for a certain event, but a replacement wouldn't show up in time, I offer them a refund instead and Printify would refund me. I hope that all makes sense!!

And I am using the print company you recommended SwiftPOD. It does say it takes 1-9 business days for the shipping. So I am a bit stuck as what to put for the shipping time. As I was only using MonsterDigital which I was doing free shipping and it was 3-7 days. I wish I could afford your course you offer. But right now I am not able to :(. I hope you can answers my questions, it does help me and I really do appreciate it! I’m so excited on this journey of mine, but scared as well. Since I am doing this completely on my own!
