Cassiy, I just started in this industry. After losing my husband one income will not cut it now a days. You really touched my heart when you said you are proud of us for taking this leap. I agree Shelly. I have been struggling to get by since my divorce and one income will not cut it. Never thought I would be starting my life over in my 50’s. OMG lol i am like an eager student at school! When you do your digital downloads - do you provide a commercial license or how do you deal with people able to sell your digital printables? What do you use for your mockup store to stop people from selling same? Maybe a video about stores creating a digital license for their buyers to use and what language you use on your mockups?
I put the following in my description for my mockups, so they know what I allow and what I don't. You should know: - You may place your design and use this image for commercial use - You may not edit the original image in any manner (other than to place your design) - You may not re-sell or share this image - Stop Mock And Roll retains the copyrights to all images

Question about these photocards. Should they be designed in such a way as to be easily readable from the thumbnail alone, or the full view? I'm finding it difficult to make a nice presentation that has all the information I want and still be readable at thumbnail size. I can do it in multiple cards of course but each photocard means one less product photo :) If I make the assumption that the user is going to actually click on the images and be viewing them full size (which I know I personally do as a customer) then that gives me more freedom to put denser information. Thoughts?

happened to me in the beginning as well. Twice actually! Very annoying and frustrating but it's been smooth since those two times. Hopefully you got your shop back by now!
I never get samples, they do a great job! Feel free to get one sample of each product type so you can better understand what you’re selling but I wouldn’t worry as much about the designs.

What an excellent tutorial, showing how to set up a store, using Canva (with step by step, very easy to follow demonstration and tips), and very good business tips too. I am again impressed by your content and business skills. I also appreciate your pacing, and how you showed how to change elements and colors and use the colors, and other features of Canva. Very good content. Will watch again, save for reference, and will recommend this and your channel to others. While I have not opened an Etsy store, and don't currently use Canva, I think you are an outstanding asset and teacher for how to use both. Sincerely!

Just skip adding photos and design something that doesn’t need photos for now until you have product photos to add to it! There should be templates without photos as well
Hi, i am a student and have been following your channel for a while now and i really want to go into print on demand as a side hustle. Few questions please. *Can i use my Android phone for the print on demand business? I mean are all the necessary apps available on playstore? Names please * I really dont have money for the paid apps yet. Please recommend free to use apps to make my print of demand business. Thanks very much. Really appreciate
I’d say you can do most things from your phone on just Printifys website but it can be kind of not great for that, I’d really say a computer for doing the listings would likely be the best option. And you will need to have some money to get started because you would be the middle man for payments and there is a lag of payments in the beginning where Etsy only pays you once per week but you need to pay for the products to get printed by Printify. So I’d say having $100-$200 to get started just to be able to front this beginning costs and pay for softwares is really what I would recommend. If you want to do it all for free, then you could try selling on the Merch by Amazon platform first instead because you don’t need to pay for the listings or the products. And I’m sure you could find a really inexpensive or free design software online. I use Canva to design personally and have a 30 day free trial for you in my description and then it’s $11.99/month
Hi Cassiy! May I ask what you do for an example if you do have a cutomer with any issues with their item? I am not sure how I would take care of that since its through printify. I would appreciate any guidance at this time, Thank you again for everything!
Hi Amanda! I hope my videos have been super helpful! For example, I've had customers reach out saying there was a weird mark on their shirt or the printing was off center. I say something along the lines of "I'm so sorry about that! We can get you a replacement sent out asap free of charge!" And then I let Printify know the issue, and they send out the new shirt. Printify does it for free as long as it's their printer's fault. If I submit the wrong design or something that's my fault, then I pay for the replacement. And if it was a time sensitive order where the customer needed it for a certain event, but a replacement wouldn't show up in time, I offer them a refund instead and Printify would refund me. I hope that all makes sense!!

And I am using the print company you recommended SwiftPOD. It does say it takes 1-9 business days for the shipping. So I am a bit stuck as what to put for the shipping time. As I was only using MonsterDigital which I was doing free shipping and it was 3-7 days. I wish I could afford your course you offer. But right now I am not able to :(. I hope you can answers my questions, it does help me and I really do appreciate it! I’m so excited on this journey of mine, but scared as well. Since I am doing this completely on my own! Would you consider putting together a bundle with all the size charts you have used to be successful? The Bella canvas, Gildan's and others. Please include the ones needed to do family and children shirts as well. This is much needed.
I just buy these on Etsy, you can buy whichever ones you like! Just search 3001 size chart or 18000 size chart. For kids stuff, I don't include size charts for kids shirts because sometimes I end up using a different brand if there are stock issues.

How do you decide weather or not to get samples of your shirt design before you list it in your shop?
I never get samples, they do a great job! Feel free to get one sample of each product type so you can better understand what you’re selling but I wouldn’t worry as much about the designs.

Cassiy, this is very helpful. I have a question for you. How do I edit the policy to cover returns for only print on demand and not printable downloads? I will have 2 types of service , one POD and the other printable downloads. I couldn't seem to find one that allows me to edit. Thank you

What an excellent tutorial, showing how to set up a store, using Canva (with step by step, very easy to follow demonstration and tips), and very good business tips too. I am again impressed by your content and business skills. I also appreciate your pacing, and how you showed how to change elements and colors and use the colors, and other features of Canva. Very good content. Will watch again, save for reference, and will recommend this and your channel to others. While I have not opened an Etsy store, and don't currently use Canva, I think you are an outstanding asset and teacher for how to use both. Sincerely!

Just skip adding photos and design something that doesn’t need photos for now until you have product photos to add to it! There should be templates without photos as well

Hi, i am a student and have been following your channel for a while now and i really want to go into print on demand as a side hustle. Few questions please.
*Can i use my Android phone for the print on demand business? I mean are all the necessary apps available on playstore? Names please
* I really dont have money for the paid apps yet. Please recommend free to use apps to make my print of demand business. Thanks very much. Really appreciate
I’d say you can do most things from your phone on just Printifys website but it can be kind of not great for that, I’d really say a computer for doing the listings would likely be the best option.
And you will need to have some money to get started because you would be the middle man for payments and there is a lag of payments in the beginning where Etsy only pays you once per week but you need to pay for the products to get printed by Printify. So I’d say having $100-$200 to get started just to be able to front this beginning costs and pay for softwares is really what I would recommend.
If you want to do it all for free, then you could try selling on the Merch by Amazon platform first instead because you don’t need to pay for the listings or the products. And I’m sure you could find a really inexpensive or free design software online. I use Canva to design personally and have a 30 day free trial for you in my description and then it’s $11.99/month

Hi Amanda! I hope my videos have been super helpful! For example, I've had customers reach out saying there was a weird mark on their shirt or the printing was off center. I say something along the lines of "I'm so sorry about that! We can get you a replacement sent out asap free of charge!" And then I let Printify know the issue, and they send out the new shirt. Printify does it for free as long as it's their printer's fault. If I submit the wrong design or something that's my fault, then I pay for the replacement. And if it was a time sensitive order where the customer needed it for a certain event, but a replacement wouldn't show up in time, I offer them a refund instead and Printify would refund me. I hope that all makes sense!!

And I am using the print company you recommended SwiftPOD. It does say it takes 1-9 business days for the shipping. So I am a bit stuck as what to put for the shipping time. As I was only using MonsterDigital which I was doing free shipping and it was 3-7 days. I wish I could afford your course you offer. But right now I am not able to :(. I hope you can answers my questions, it does help me and I really do appreciate it! I’m so excited on this journey of mine, but scared as well. Since I am doing this completely on my own! Would you consider putting together a bundle with all the size charts you have used to be successful? The Bella canvas, Gildan's and others. Please include the ones needed to do family and children shirts as well. This is much needed.
I just buy these on Etsy, you can buy whichever ones you like! Just search 3001 size chart or 18000 size chart. For kids stuff, I don't include size charts for kids shirts because sometimes I end up using a different brand if there are stock issues.
