PO016 Timing Belt or Camshaft Sensor 2006 Chrysler 300 (Water Pump R&R)

  • This job has real specific clearances and tolerances to this change out...so you have to MAKE THE NOTCHES LINE UP when you tighten the belt. You may have to re-work this several times to get it PERFECT.

    Pretty neat in full view you can see where the timing belt notch plastics chipped off that means the belt is stretched.

    U don't need take shop push in tensioners use car jack 😆 and u don't use hammer for harmonic balancer u just get longer bolt use push in

    Take the harmonic balancer bolt in to a hardware store- get one that's an inch longer and use it to drive the harmonic balancer on a little - till the original bolt can catch

      So you were getting trouble code p0016 and the engine was running real rough? Rumbling loudly? Thats the case with mine and I have replaced both the camshaft position sensor and the crankshaft position sensor, still running rough and getting same trouble code...
