I have 2005 Chrysler 300 touring. My belt popped while driving. An the camshaft on the driver is off ... So to retime the camshaft. Do I twist towards my right to lock till it has no resistance like its tight? Or do I twist up to put it back on mark???

Did u use a t 30 or t 40 socket to remove that bolt because I have a t 40 and it’s not turning it’s stripping my bolt

Will the timing belt issue result in white smoke hard to start only if you give it gas?

You could just set the breaker bar against the frame and crank the engine over. The starter spinning the engine will break the bolt loose.

Check your crankshaft sensor it’s by your starter behind the engine
