Well it's ben 3 year already... time flies... but it's time to turn in my F150. Here is the good, bad and ugly with my 2017 F150 Limited Edition.
Don't get me wrong, I love the truck, but its time for a change.

What are you thinking of getting?
@@GasTachs Was looking at F-150's, Tacomas and Tundras. Really I just want something to tow with but also have some creature comforts. I've run into what you mentioned with Ford in that you'll want a feature that's normally a single option but the cars dealers have in inventory only have that option with XYZ package that you may not want. The hunt goes on though.
J.J. K yup. Most options these days are in packages that Force you to get the whole package and spend more money. If this helps, I would have got another F150 after this if these 2 things weren’t in play... 1) the new one comes out next year which would mean I would be 6 months without a car waiting on the new model one. 2) With covid I work from home and don’t get to use my motorcycle as much anymore so the Jeep I could get the motorcycle feeling with my family with me.
I have a 2018 with the blue leather and it doesn’t even look as good in person as it does in pictures just letting anyone eying one know

Thank you for taking the time to explain the pros and cons. I was eying a used 2017 limited. The sunroof issue scares me as it rains a lot in Washington state. I might go with a cheap xlt then add what i need.

What state are you in? If you're from Washington, I think I may have just bought your 2017 Ford f150 this weekend. The low miles was the clincher.
I am in Illinois but you never know when cars end up. My last for on my vin were 3236. Either way great truck ENJOY!
SUV for sure
for the most part they are more practical... until you need to get a load of dirt or much of lumber. good thing I have one of each!

Oh yes. I will be removing all of those. Gun safe fits into my wives new Expedition, camera will go there too and bed cover is hitting Craigslist! I will make a video about lease buy backs soon!
