    Hi, so in your sample it’s exactly around 700 calories and
    macro nutrition for 700 calorie is
    carbohydrates 82 grams
    fat 30 grams and
    protein 34 grams... but protein should be taken at least 60 grams for healthy weight loss right... I’m so glad about this 800 calories diet and going to try this right away sis👍 thanks

    Hi guys this is only for water weight not for fat.....i am currently follow my diet..every day morning raw food morning boiled veg and nyt liquid food only that means grains.....then morning and evening heavy workout but i am only reduced 3kg per month...so watch out for this

    If u drop below 1000 calories for a prolonged period of time it will cause so many effects .during this corona outbreak period icmr give certain dietary guidelines.if anyone want to lose weight avoid carbs and include more protein and fibres in your diet and exercise for 1 hrs and drink plenty of water .dont keep your calories below 1300 .reduce your weight slowly.

    Mam, nan 800 calories diet follow panren neenga sonna Ella simptum irrukku. But unlucky ennoda weight scale not work. So ennala weight check panna mudiyala . But body relaxa irukku. Daily 1hour 8walk panren. Good feel now. Thanks mam.

    Hi,
    During corona days,
    I Followed your guidelines last 30 days, Unable to bring my calories in to 800, but able to manage to 1200 ~ 1400 with 45 minutes walking, i lost 5 kg as on 28/05/2020, No tired, No Hunger, No Carving for fast food.
    That too without missing our regular food, thanks for your videos.

    Thank you so much sis....this diet actually worked out...me and my sis reduced almost 8 kgs with this diet. Truly speaking we were not perfectly following everything and we did only for 45 days though it showed a good result. Planned to again start a cycle from next week.

    800 calorie diet is suitable for people with BMI >30. Others better to follow a low calorie diet of 1200 to 1400. The rebound weight gain after very low calorie diet can be depressing for some.

      I have read the book.all the trails are on people with overweight and underlying health conditions specially diabetics. I haven't seen any report normal healthy individual who's only problem is overweight. Change in metabolism can cause severe hormonal problems in young healthy women.
