The yolks of the eggs are a deep orange. That means they are very healthy and full of nutrients. The darker the yolk, the richer it is. I find it interesting, sorry.

たぶん卵黄生地の混ぜが足りないから生地が詰まるんじゃないでしょうか?高速でも5分くらいは混ぜます。そうすれば粉をしっかり混ぜてもだれない生地になります。

I've never seen a cake roll made this way. Every time I make them I have to turn the roll out onto a towel that's dusted with powdered sugar, roll it then allow it to cool in that shape so that it won't crack once you go to roll it with the filling. Why don't we have to do that using your recipe? Is it the oil that makes the difference? Would love to make this but would hate to waste ingredients should the roll crack into pieces....

Why u have separately blended egg whites n yolks, if u wanted to mix together later on??
Namrata Sawant blending egg whites separately makes them fluffy, but if you do them together with yolks the mixture is more liquidy
