Here are some ideas for the 1990s prompt (except for the Neil Gaiman ones, they wouldn't count as hard mode though): The Giver by Lois Lowry, Ella Enchanted, Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman, Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler, and Good Omens by Terry Pratchett & Neil Gaiman.
Great video Jessica! Excited for all your reading endeavors. I really enjoyed Six of Crows, but haven’t read Crooked Kingdom yet. Ninth House is definitely on my list from her as well. I want to read Becky Chambers too. I highly recommend Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman. That and his book Stardust were both published that year.
I'm attempting hard mode - but mostly trying to fit things in as I read instead of planning a full TBR to start with. I'm currently reading A Fire Endless for bard! :) It is taking me a bit to get back into it as I forgot a lot about book one, but I'm really enjoying it now that I'm in it.
I'm really looking forward to reading it, but I'm pretty sure I've forgotten most of the first book since I read it! I'm glad you are enjoying it. I feel like that duology is going to be popular for the Bard prompt!
Wow, so many great recommendations packed in here!! Yay for reading Chain-Gang All-Stars and Six of Crows (especially SoC)!!! I’m hoping to read A Fire Endless soon, I just read A River Enchanted and enjoyed it 😊
@@JessicasLibraryCard Yay, I’m so excited for you to experience it!! I loved Crooked Kingdom too, it’s just such a good duology. And I didn’t love Shadow and Bone either, although I only read the first book! I definitely want to read more of her books though 😊
Please give me all your 90s fantasy recommendations! I need some help!

Thank you! I haven't actually read Ella Enchanted - that could be a fun one!
I'm really happy to find another sci-fi reader, subscribed!
I'm always happy to meet a fellow sci-fi fan!
Love the Bingo card and thanks for all the recommendations!
You are very welcome!

I think Ninth House is my favorite Leigh Bardugo book, I hope you are able to get to it!

@@JessicasLibraryCard agreed! I was VERY happy to learn I had something to work on my shelf!
To Say Nothing of the Dog by Connie Willis was published in the 1990s. It’s a fun time travel novel. This would also fulfil hard mode.
Thank you! That's a great suggestion!

Thank you! I've never read any of his works and I've always wanted to!
