You talk about always checking your tire pressure. I have mobility issues that make it hard for me to get down and check them as often as I should. My solution was to put the “FOBO” system on my valves. That sends a blutooth signal to your phone telling you what your pressures are at a glance. It will also ring an alarm on your phone if the pressure goes too low. Shows pressure for all three tires
Thank you for a good video, I watched it several times. It was kind of funny. Like this.... So, I am not a prepper, not at all, sort of, I am kind of an emergency prepareness guy............. LOL, that was funny. For being a minimalist, you are very well "prepared". Never seen of this problem with the lever before. Did you hear of anyone else having the problem_ Easy pass location is nice. Over here motorcycles (and trikes) are exempt from toll road fees. Nothing wrong with a gun case. Keep them coming, your almost up to 1500 subs. Good job.
Thank you so much for the shout-out, Chris, although I don't believe I'm "infinitely" anything 😅. The Spyder does provide us with premium storage capacity 😁👍👍
Hey Chris, I had the same issue with my frunk about not latching back properly. I used to jiggle the latch as well. I found that a couple of shots of WD-40 or silicone spray once a month stopped it sticking. Also use the same spray on the seat latch when putting in gasoline, as it will eventually not close or latch as well. Way cheaper than having the dealer maybe put on new latches. Enjoy your channel and I'm glad you are enjoying your Spyder as much as I am mine.
I drilled a 3 mm hole thrue the plastic rubber in the middle between the black and grey area. It’s max 4 mm from the edge, never closer to the center where the chip is located. There is a youtube clip on how and where to drill this small hole, then you can pull a keyring thrue.
Yes, that does work. The video shows you how to drill the hole and avoid the chip in the key. I have drilled four keys since 2014 and have never had an issue. Drive safe
You should think about getting a medical grade first aid kit. It could live comfortably in the frunk. There's the story about this biker that lost control of his bike on the tail of the dragon and no one saw him go down. He laid in the woods 9 days before they found him. Not trying to scare anyone but things happen. That's why you conceal carry right? Also you could look d get a little brighter flashlight like the cops carry. They put out a tremendous amount of light. Stay safe pard.
Hey Chris, nice video enjoyed seeing what others keep on there Spyder's. Was wondering where and what kind of drink holder you have on your handlebars?
Chris, not to be a smart a** but a tripod would work great as a 3rd hand. Will you really use all those micro clothes even on a long trip? I have never used all 3 that I carry along with10 paper towels 1/2 sheets.
Thanks again for sharing this with us all stay safe 🙏🏿
Great bit of packing Chris, got to maximise on space especially on a longer trip.
I like the easy pass location. Thanks for the info.

I’m intrigued by FOBO and may go ahead and buy them at some point.

I sold my Harley road glide. I bought a 22 cam am f3 limited, love it.
Congratulations! Enjoy!

I put some white lithium grease on the frunk latch and it really helped with the stiffness.
Thanks for the tip!

I’ll definitely try that, thanks for the tip!
If no one has told you yet, that hump in the left-hand saddlebag is a throwback from the original RT SpYders when the battery was located back there.
I didn’t know that, so thanks. I wonder why they left the hump there? Hopefully they change that with the next model revamp.
Thanks Chris, nice video! I think you could find some plastic cases to keep your items more organized, dry & clean.
Try "Prist" windscreen cleaner made for aircraft windscreens both Lexan and glass, half the cost of plexus.

If my key holder falls apart again I may check that out.

I really should I and I will get a first aid kit.

This is the model I use, in black and the small size. www.slingmods.com/canam-spyder-drink-holder-goldstrike?vehicle=1
I sprayed my front with wd 40 and never had another problem
I just did the same thing, at the recommendation of another viewer, and it works perfectly. Thanks!

I have one and occasionally use it, but sometimes forget about it.
Buy a key holder from metalman on amzon
I just put more superglue between the two plastic pieces I have. If it splits again I may check out the metal one you recommend.
