    - Single Leg RDL
    Circuit 2
    - Single Arm Swing to Snatch or Clean
    - High Plank Single Arm Row
    Circuit 3
    - Single Arm Squat Push Press
    - Suit Case Hold 1 1/3 Split Squat

    Thanks man.
    Ruptured my left quadriceps September 19th.
    Surgery was September 25th.
    Was in a leg immobilizer 80 days.
    Been brace free since December 14th.
    Was in pretty good shape before injury so I’m back to walking and doing most my workout.
    Still need to work on walking confidence and leg strengthening.
    Appreciate your videos and you helped me through a most difficult time.
