I would go to the gym in the centro (Av. José María Morelos 703, RUTA INDEPENDENCIA, Centro, 68000 Oaxaca de Juárez, Oax.) any night around 8pm and there will probably be league games going on. From there you can see if you can join a team or get someone's number to play pickup. (I'm not there rn so not sure what the schedule is)
Weather actually cools down a little bit as April and May are the hottest month. Should be pretty nice for you - enjoy! Btw check out weatherspark - they have an incredible amount of detail on almost anywhere in the world.
I work online for a climate tech company. And I just got my temporary residency this year! Wasn't actually too challenging but you do need to start the process by getting a meeting in the US first (assuming you are from the US).

Nice - hope you enjoy it! If you're staying near the centro, there is a gym at the intersection of Av Jose Maria Morelos and C Macedonio Alcala. There are games there most nights and a good way to get connected. Tuesday night at 9 we have a playoff game
@@MikeGProductions Hey Mike! So we stopped by the court on Monday to check it out and we saw the tournament happening. The guy we spoke with said it's the tournament Monday and Tuesday so we didn't go again yesterday because we assume my cousin cant hop into a team at the playoffs lol... but this guy told us Wednesday at 2pm there are pickup games. My cousin went an hour late but was unsuccessful. Court was not open. Do you know anything about when it's possible to play pickup? as of now, my cousin will only be around for about 3 weeks, so prob not enough time for him to join a team. Let me know! thanks in advance
@@lrhodes0125 sorry that Wednesday didn't work out! I'm honestly not sure about pickup games. We used to play at an outdoor court every Sunday but I think that has since died out. If he's able to find anything I'd love to know as well!
No, the internet connection is great. I just find I'm more productive / focused when I go to a new place to work and I genuinely enjoy to walk in the city. Depending on where you are though, it can be kind of loud to work - lots of construction and celebrations during the day.
Yeah, it is called Centrico Coworking. There are two locations, one in the center of the city about 4 blocks from the Zocalo, and the other in Jalatlaco.
